We love the food at Jalapenos! We are able to get in pretty quickly. Our kids love to share the large nacho plates. Clayton was our server today & did an excellent job. Great, friendly service.

When ordering I had told our waitress that I'm severely allergic to avocado. Who I went with saw our waitress come out with our food before coming to our table, she went back to the kitchen knowing of my allergy and when I received my dish you could tell the avocado was just scrapped off. So I asked for it to be remade and it was brought back not even five minutes. They didn't remake it because the pico was missing and everything was cold but the plate. This is the first problem I've ever had with Japlenos. Please train your staff to take an allergy seriously, especially the kitchen staff. I don't recommend Japlenos for anyone with allergies. Our orders haven't been right the last few times we went. Will not be coming back.

Had to send the Margarita back and the one that returned was better but still not even close to good. The food was sloppily thrown together without much care. The food was over cooked by a fair amount. Some lady was out front emptying all the drinks from a finished table all over the sidewalk in front as we were walking in. I should have not paid for any of it, but I did and I will not ever be back. It blows my mind that people that own a business would let it run this way if they ever wanted to stay in business.
