The guy who is owner was so rude and he almost tried to fight with customer surprisingly, he has no idea what is customer and service He was angry from beginning and gave me order to where I go and seat WORST PLACE EVER!!!

New menu and food was different. No double size fajitas. Had to order 2 fajitas instead. Had to choose between rice or beans on a fajita. Why? No Pico de gallo on the cold plate. Fajitas came and were silent. No smoke or steam. Chicken and steak were different than before, no flavor. Fajita veggies were raw. Would not come back. Used to love this place, so sad they changed it all.

We love the food at Jalapenos! We are able to get in pretty quickly. Our kids love to share the large nacho plates. Clayton was our server today & did an excellent job. Great, friendly service.

Decent food, clean place, and the people are nice. Food is above average, basic chips and salsa.
When ordering I had told our waitress that I'm severely allergic to avocado. Who I went with saw our waitress come out with our food before coming to our table, she went back to the kitchen knowing of my allergy and when I received my dish you could tell the avocado was just scrapped off. So I asked for it to be remade and it was brought back not even five minutes. They didn't remake it because the pico was missing and everything was cold but the plate. This is the first problem I've ever had with Japlenos. Please train your staff to take an allergy seriously, especially the kitchen staff. I don't recommend Japlenos for anyone with allergies. Our orders haven't been right the last few times we went. Will not be coming back.
