This is the second time I have ordered a lettuce wrap and there was no meat. This is awfully expensive for basically lettuce. So if you are looking for something better go to Angola because I never seem to have an issue there

Order and asked for EXTRAS ON MY order I didn’t not receive that let alone receive barely anything on my sandwich this is absolutely ridiculous! I am not happy at all would be nice to have meat cheese and what I wanted not just a hard bread with nothing almost! I WILL NO LONGER ORDER THROUGH YOU GUYS AGAIN ILL GO TO A DIFFRENT TOWN!

Jimmy Johns cares about the Emergency Responders. Placed a catering order through Cracker Barrel to feed 35 people. Unfortunately their grill went down, electric went out, computers systems went down, etc.....So in a panic to feed 35 people in 30 minutes, I called Jimmy Johns as soon as they opened and they were up for the challenge. They got to taking my order over the phone immediately and was thankful to help.

Got the big John sandwich. Had two inches of bread with nothing on it but a piece of tomato. No meat, nothing. At least subway makes sure there's meat from one end to the other.

I would love to change this review but my wife is in a wheelchair and your employees are parking right where the ramp is to get my wife inside. I said something but was little concern to the employees.

Tried to order online but apparently 20 minutes before close is too late to order for pickup. So I rush over there with over 10 minutes to spare and they locked the doors right as I pull up. Wasting my work break, my time, and my gas.
