This was the dirtiest. And, most disgusting restaurant I have ever eaten at. New management needed. It should be closed for cleaning and to re staff the facility. Their is no excuse for this, the back line was worse than the lobby, and the lobby was flooded.

Forgot parts of our order and then when i called back to explain what they forgot wanted to argue with me about how that’s not what was said. Apparently they don’t like to listen to their customers when they order and then want to argue with their customers when they are in the wrong. Won’t be coming back

Packaged incorrectly. Drove halfway home and thought to check the order. Wasn’t right and went to address it in a nice manner. Food was shoved back at me, and was told it’s all in one. That’s not what/how I ordered it, and could not be more rude. Worst experience I’ve had at this KFC. Seems to be going downhill.

I never ever leave reviews but this one needed it. Me and my husband came here today. We got a famous bowl and a three piece tender. The famous bowl was alright but literally all corn. But what I wanted to leave this review about was the tenders. I pulled the first tender out and it had hairs on it literal hairs and some weird shiny glitter. DISGUSTING… I just thought it might be that one tender so I threw it out and grabbed the next one. The new one I grabbed had hairs all over it too and so did the following third one. I didn’t go back in and grab a new box of them cause if all three of my tenders had it then most likely the others did too! Don’t get food from here. ITS ACTUALLY GROSS.

Ultra irritated I drove out of the way here to this location to specifically come for their buffet. There’s no buffet Google and their highway billboard are not correct
A great shame. The kiosk is killing your business. The gentleman stepped up to the counter and didn't even say hello. He just chewed his food. We left. Sorry excuse for a server and resteraunt. Auburn, Indiana.

After paying, handed me drink w/ No Ice and hot day! Was regular but NO MORE !!!Didn’t even offer a substitute as last review was offered!!!Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE BOTH DAY/NIGHT SHIFTS!Put up with previous poor service and mixed up orders WITH POOR FOOD QUALITY!!!!!!!!!!! ….. :(

Order dinner here today 12 piece bucket two large sides six biscuits and an extra large side I get home I have eight pieces of chicken no extra large mac and cheese and no biscuits so I go back to get my four pieces of chicken my six biscuits and my large side and I sit there for 20 minutes this place is a joke they are slower than McDonald's and worse than Taco Bell for the price they charge you think they'd at least get your meal right but they can't do that and they weren't busy when I come through the first time there was nobody in the Drive-Thru and nobody in the parking lot these people suck and I would recommend them to no one
