Second time TRYING to get Marco's. Ordered at 6 for an 8:20 delivery time. At 8:45, I called to see where my pizza was. Was told " driver just leaving" Unacceptable. Canceled order. Got pizza from a competitor.
Called one hour after ordering pizza and spoke to a “manager” who so rude when I questioned why it was taking so long. Told me to cancel my order if I wanted then hung up on me. I would live a call from the franchise owner to discuss this further.
Very rude on the phone. my kids school had pizza ordered and prepaid for. The pizza only showed up only after calls to check on it. and being told to never order from them again. "We have the order i'm just not sure what to do with it". Frozen pizza has class then the management here
