Quincy is the man! His customer service skills are absolutely top notch! I always have a special request and I have never once sensed any annoyance or frustration in his voice. He's extremely pleasant and respectful! Plus his food always comes out so good! Give this man a raise now!

Been waiting almost 3 weeks for a refund from this store over an order that Marcos canceled. After multiple calls and multiple promises of reimbursement.. we are no closer to getting our money back. Never again will this establishment get a single dollar from me. To bad I can't give them 0 stars.

We love Marcos, especially the chicken fresco pizza. It's a bit on the pricey side, so we don't order that often. Unfortunately, the frequency that we've received incorrect orders has been more often the last few times. Not the best job at making salads correctly. I always order the garden salad NO peppers and NO croutons. Today my salad had nasty peppers on it and I was given Greek vinaigrette dressing instead of the ranch I asked for. Also don't like that since they've changed the app, I can't ask that they deliver to my back door. I have 3 dogs and they're much easier to keep control of if they come to the back door. The app could really use some work.

I purchased pizza today 12/27/24 and there was only one worker there who was very nice. He took my order, and the pizza was done in only like 10-15 minutes. The pizza was very delicious, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants pizza and is new to or visiting Auburn.

Best franchise pizza, in my opinion! Kind of pricey for pizza, but they've managed to fend off inflation better than most and I think the taste and quality make up for the premium price. Donald and James are superstars, always happy to see them in the drive-up window! Thanks to everyone there that makes my (admittedly sometimes all too often) pizza meals something awesome!

We ordered Marcos Pizza on our last night visiting Indiana. This was one of the best pizza experiences we’ve ever had! We couldn’t believe how delicious it was. Very satisfied and highly recommend! Wishing we could get some delivered to us here in Ontario, Canada!
Pizza was good. We had to wait about 10 minutes past the scheduled time to pick up our pizza but I think that's because lots of people must've ordered about the same time because there were several people in and out of the restaurant and 3 cars in line. Workers were nice and apologetic.

I was shocked at how hot it was inside the restaurant. It's Summer, and they expect their employees to work around pizza ovens without air conditioning. It's a restaurant, not a factory. Do better for your employees and patrons.
