I eat or get tea at Mccallisters in FW and Auburn quite a bit. The tea is amazing. EXCEPT the Auburn location has consistently watered down tea. Definately not the same as other locations. Sunday was quite bad. Will stay away from that location in the future.

All it takes is one joke about someone being blind for me to feel completely uncomfortable in a restaurant. This young man made more than one joke. I don’t know his name. But subtle humor about blindness is unacceptable. He was working around 1pm.
I hope he gets addressed about this. I hope he speaks up on his behavior and does better next time.

I'm in Auburn for a few days. I ordered half a sandwich and salad for dinner. I came back to my hotel opened my bag. I was given no utensils or napkins. So I couldn't eat my salad. My sandwich was very good.

My husband picked me up a salad last night for dinner and i thought id eat it for lunch today. I started eating it and there’s a black hair in my salad. For reference please view the photo and also note that I am a blonde so this couldn’t possibly be my own hair.

Unfortunately my order was not correct as the preparer of the order added ingredients that I specifically excluded from my order. Unable to eat it. Just hoping whoever makes the sandwiches in the future pays attention to the details of the food order request. Some customers are allergic to items and the sandwich is then not edible. Due to time constraints I was unable to return the sandwich for a correct order. Frustrating.
Place was super busy but everyone kept a cool and collected head. The managers took a great time to care for each guest along with the front of house taking time to make sure orders were correct and those that were not were fixed in a timely manner. Food was hot and fresh and I will definitely return. 10/10

Completely ignored at the window by 3 employees. I can see my food. It was done 10 minutes ago. Just open the damn window and hand it to me. Why are 3 employees just walking around ignoring the window. All of them made eye contact. Place needs more training.

Seems every time I’m there they are always out of potatoes or they always have sections of the restaurant closed, I was even in there 1 night 45 min before closing and was told they close in 45 min and need to be done eating by then.
