After making this review I was contacted by their team to investigate. I now am going to attach the conversation. After the first photo where she asked for all the info I sent it along with the receipt. I did not attach that screen shot as it has my personal info.

My order sat behind the counter for 15 minutes while the kid flirted. Then when I asked where my order was he goes oh here it is..sitting getting cold. It was a melt.

Brian (Bryan) was our cashier today and he was FANTASTIC! Super friendly! Very patient as we navigated the menu and he answered our questions and explained everything to us. Very pleasant experience with him.
My Strawberry Pecan Salad was AMAZING! It was a large portion, but I couldn't put it down. Yum! My friend had chili and a bacon and cheese baked potato that she said was also really good. We will definitely be back. 🙂

McAlister’s Deli gets five stars! The McAlister’s Club Wrap and vegetable chili were absolutely delicious, and the extra pickles were a nice touch. The food came out quickly, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making the experience even better. Highly recommend for a satisfying and fast meal!

We typically pre-order for drive thru, food is always fresh & ready for pick up on time. We love the variety on the menu, price is fair. Glad they came to Auburn!!!
