It was good, the employee told me to go to window 1 and then told me I was at wrong window, lol I went to window 1. I added a picture to prove it, she sort of got after me, made me laugh. First window has a hanging sign says pay here, second sign has a number 1 on it. I had paid on the app. so I went to the 1 like I was told on the speaker. They need to fix the signs to coordinate with the proper windows, there is NOT a 1 on that first sign lady!!!

Slow service! I ordered a sandwich and a drink. They had me go to a reserved spot and wait for my sandwich. 20 minutes I waited. I watched car after car get their food and leave. Their orders looked like more than a sandwich. I finally called them and asked where my sandwich was. Oh! were sorry about that. Another five minutes goes by and finally my sandwich arrives. I don't call that fast food. Auburn McDonald's do better... it was one sandwich.

Service this morning in drive thru was terrible… as I’m in the middle of ordering lady completely cuts me off and gives me my total. I tell her I wasn’t finished ordering then she takes forever getting the order back up. Was so flustered I didn’t even order everything I meant to. She reads it back to me so fast I can’t understand her, I say sure and I pull to the next window. She had somehow tacked a whole other sandwich I didn’t order onto my order and the guy taking money is treating me like I’m the idiot for saying I didn’t order that. I don’t even understand because I ordered a bacon egg cheese bagel and two sausage burritos, and two iced coffees. And somehow she added a sausage biscuit onto of that. Horrible service, rude and rushing.

1st time at this McDonald's. Several mix ups on our order, our quarters pounders originally weren't fully cooked. However, the manager was quick to make everything right. And she apologized. Most of the employees were very polite. However, the girl prepping the sandwiches did not check for proper condiments and fully cooked products. Smaller burgers cook fast, but quarter pounders just take more cook time, and our 1st one was very pink in the center. A little more training for the prep person and she'll probably be o k. She didn't seem to pay much attention to the manager at first. But overall, it wasn't too bad. The fries were hot, drinks were good, and so were the sundaes.
Vegetarian options: I wish they would bring salads back
Dietary restrictions: You can order your fries no salt Possibly your sandwiches no salt on meat as well

Auburn. In. Terrible. Order was wrong. Walked in and no venue was above the counter. They were messing up every order. Checked mine but when I got home it was not double quarter pounders but singles. Fries were dumped in my other bag. Won't go back

Literally waited in drive thru 4 cars from window for over 10 min. Finally made it to the window 15 min after ordering a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a milk. They asked me to pull forward and wait, they served 5 cars while I was waiting. Absolutely ridiculous, I complained to the employee who brought my food out and the smiled and laughed. I asked to speak to the manager and the kid said he was the manager. Unbelievable!

They either get your order wrong, undercook it or overcook it. You never know if they’re using old meat until it’s too late and you’re sick. Their customer service is atrocious. There’s only a few of them that have common decency Respect and patience. They lack communication skills.
