Just went there and ordered extra onions on a cheeseburger. No onions and the bun was hard. Never eat there but my child wanted the stupid toy.
The slowest service and worst service out of any McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. I have been waiting over 45 mins and my food still isn't ready and my lunch break is over. The whole staff should be fired.
Will never order food here again. Its usually wrong 8 out of 10 times but today took the cake. Waited 20 minutes for fast food. They didn't even give me all the food, they missed a happy meal. Waited another 5 minutes for a happy meal and got home and realized it was the wrong happy meal! Didn't get any sauce or straws. Will never give this location anymore of my money.

3 yrs ago I gave this place a5star today IS NOT the case. Waited nearly 30 minutes on our order, French fries were cold,nuggies were dried out,it was so cold you couldn't hardly eat in there. Other customers were complaining about different things also.

Completely ignored customers in the store and only focused on the drive through. Stranded waiting inside for over 30 minutes waiting for one single happy meal.

Went to the drive thru at 1 am on 7/8/25 as I have to work mandatory OT on nights. 2 people in the store and they IGNORED the customers and didn't even react to any way to get their attention. Your time and money is better spent at Wendy's, never had this issue before

No one at the counter, so I ordered a Large Coke on the kiosk, waited for a while, someone else came and ordered a drink at the counter and got it immediately, although the guy was rude to her. Some kids came in before midnight, were blatantly ignored, and were told the lobby was closed. I had to get the attention of the guy in the kitchen in order to get my coke. Skinny balding white guy was the rude one.🙄 I get being busy but be kind about it gosh.

TERRIBLE they almost NEVER get orders right except in the morning. Mangers frequently treat staff and cuss they are worthless. Order are not right and then you are ignored when asked to correct, waiting over 30-45 minutes!

First of all let me say I like to go to McDonalds but am wondering is there a timer set as to when French fries are to stale to serve, I think today I might have won the award for the stalest fries, come on, take pride in what you serve to all customers any time of the day

If I could rate 0 I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I ordered online, sat in the line for 30 minutes. When I got to the window they said they didn’t have my order even after I gave the code in the order line. Once they said they didn’t have my order I asked if they could just refund me because I’d been sitting there so long and was going to be late back to work. She said she couldn’t refund me because I didn’t know off the top of my head what all was on my order. I was trying to pull it up and was told to pull in the pick up spot. I finally found the order on the app and went inside. Waited in line before deciding it wasn’t worth it and headed back to work. I tried calling 5 times before someone answered to try and get my money refunded. I asked to speak to a manager and told them what happened. It was the girl in the window that told me she couldn’t refund me. She starts yelling at the top of her lungs about she didn’t say she couldn’t give me a refund. There’s absolutely no way she is a manager and if she is she should immediately be fired! I work in customer service and would have never spoke to a customer the way I just was. She said she refuses to give me a refund over the phone and to come back in. When I told her I couldn’t that I had to go back to work that I was late she continued to say that I would need to come back through the drive through. Why couldn’t she have refunded me while I was sitting there why did she say she couldn’t refund me then back track while on the phone?! This whole experience has me questioning coming back. I feel cheated it was a waste of my time, my gas to drive all the way over there and back and essentially my money stolen.

Spent $20 online for mobile ordering only for my husband to pull up to this location to be told through the intercom that they are closed and were closed as of 7pm, but my order still went through for some reason? I’ll update if I’m actually refunded within 24-48 hours.
