They were extremely busy, and they don't have their soda machines in the lobby which is so inconvenient because you have to wait 20 minutes at the counter to get a refill.

Every time I order a mcflurry it's only to the half way mark of the tiny cup they give you. Not worth the money. Plus burgers are usually cold.

I normally only eat McDonald’s when I’m in Fort Wayne but I just went through the drive through. I asked for a plain spicy McChicken, fries and a coke for my son. The guy tells me I can get the meal cheaper. I say ok. Then he gives me Spicy McCrispy meal and it’s not plain. So I go back around to tell him I need the sandwich plain. He said then why did you order it spicy. I said is the chicken not spicy he said no the sauce makes it spicy. Not realizing he changed the sandwich from spicy McChicken plain to spicy Mc crispy not plain. But that’s not the worst. Then he gets his manager or shift lead and she tells me she going to change it for me but it was my mistake because I ordered the wrong thing. I’m a manager where I work and even if someone is wrong I’d show Courtesy and respect and never use wordage that would disrespect a customer. “You were the one who ordered the wrong thing”. She said. We want customers to return and leave our Establishments happy. She assumed I wouldn’t pay for a new one. I’m just trying to feed my son. I told her thank you I appreciate you and she wouldn’t look at me to hand me my card and receipt back. It almost fell on the ground. It’s hard working fast food people can be rude! So I get it. Obviously the guy ringing me up should of realized we ordered a spicy McChicken plain. Instead of changing my order. And if they no longer sale those then tell me that. Communicate. She listened to his story and assumed she knew the situation. Not realizing what my initial order was!! But that’s not all. Then they had some huge guy hand me the meal. Seemed to be attempting to be intimidating. I thought hey maybe he’s the manager. I told him hey I didn’t mind paying. He said ok and shut the window. It was really Awkward and uncomfortable. No one said have a good night. Plus the fries were super cold and salty. Coke watered down. I through my order away which was the second order. My son couldn’t eat his cold salty fries. What a really bad experience. I mean really bad. Shift leaders and managers really do have to be willing to show all their customers a good experience. Getting mad at a customer when a order is wrong only leads to more miscommunication. They’re so many bad reviews for this McDonalds. I really hope the owners see this and get people in their that care about their customers. Care about auburns community. It’s about the experience and the food. I’ll never go back again.

I'm editing my five star review to a zerostar review. November 10th 2025 noon I go in to order lunch one person standing in front of me. After 7 minutes somebody yelled Alex I need your finger. Manager alex walks up puts his finger on the thing gives a person in front of me and employee discount turns around to walk away I said what about the rest of us he didn't acknowledge me and went to the back I hollered in the back what about the rest of us wanting to order nobody would acknowledge me so I left with no lunch. Called the store and asked for Alex after a couple minutes of waiting somebody said hello and it was a female not Alex told them the situation nobody was up front but somebody in the back shirt was dropping f bombs. She said she would have address it with her counterteam and I said I would address it with corporate

Just went there and ordered extra onions on a cheeseburger. No onions and the bun was hard. Never eat there but my child wanted the stupid toy.

The slowest service and worst service out of any McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. I have been waiting over 45 mins and my food still isn't ready and my lunch break is over. The whole staff should be fired.

Will never order food here again. Its usually wrong 8 out of 10 times but today took the cake. Waited 20 minutes for fast food. They didn't even give me all the food, they missed a happy meal. Waited another 5 minutes for a happy meal and got home and realized it was the wrong happy meal! Didn't get any sauce or straws. Will never give this location anymore of my money.
