Usually do the drive through. Counter isn't manned. When I asked for ketchup for my French fries, they had to go to the back for packets, and they no longer have a self serve beverage station.

It was good, the employee told me to go to window 1 and then told me I was at wrong window, lol I went to window 1. I added a picture to prove it, she sort of got after me, made me laugh. First window has a hanging sign says pay here, second sign has a number 1 on it. I had paid on the app. so I went to the 1 like I was told on the speaker. They need to fix the signs to coordinate with the proper windows, there is NOT a 1 on that first sign lady!!!

1st time at this McDonald's. Several mix ups on our order, our quarters pounders originally weren't fully cooked. However, the manager was quick to make everything right. And she apologized. Most of the employees were very polite. However, the girl prepping the sandwiches did not check for proper condiments and fully cooked products. Smaller burgers cook fast, but quarter pounders just take more cook time, and our 1st one was very pink in the center.
