The service here is the absolute best. The food is pretty good and the plane is clean and well maintained. The staff here though really go above and beyond.

The drive thru people were more important than those waiting at the counter. They were very busy, one gal was very nice and tried to be accommodating, but her boss kept her busy with to go orders. The food was ok, but some of the chicken was rubbery.

Kim took my order and she was so sweet and patient when i couldn’t hear what she said, she treated me with kindness and asked if i was from Chicago (because my hoodie) i said no IM just passing through headed to michigan n i just came from kentucky, her laughing and having a conversation with me and being absolutely polite, made my day better because what she didn’t know is i had a very emotional day, my ex cheated on me last week 2-3 times, and i decided i needed to move and that was today and passing by im glad i stopped for food here. she has a beautiful soul and i hope this company treats her with as much kindness as she showed me

Stopped for my son. Stood in line with two people in the store for over 10 minutes. Aiden is in there absolutely killing it, running the food counter, AND the cash register while two girls just stand around and look at me. Not one of them was in a hurry to put on gloves to help Aiden. Then a rush started and it all fell on Aiden. I gave him so much praise for how well he's handling everything ALONE and with a smile on his face. Kid deserves a raise or promotion. Seriously. And those two girls should find new jobs.
