My whole family each ordered the new “Melts” that just come out. Firstly, the melts are extremely crispy, if you don’t like crisp these are not for you. Secondly, we tried to customize the melts for 3 family members. The manger said they don’t customize them, “it just gets crazy”. My husband wanted the meat lovers melt, he wanted no bacon. You guys sold my fiance raw chicken yesterday. He didn't know it was raw until he threw it up at 2am. This is a dangerous mistake on your part and I'm disappointed that you'd let that leave your kitchen.
