I ordered 2 medium specialty pizzas online due to the deals. I get an email confirmation. I go inside Pizza Hut when my email said I had 6 minutes. I was asked my name, was then told it will be a few minutes. I waited what felt like forever, I was asked my name again to only be told that they don’t have it! We were really looking forward to it as we had our Grandkids. I called the Garrett Pizza Hut, asked for a Manager and they accommodated the online price! Way to go Auburn Pizza Hut! The food here is usually pretty good. You just have to look past the fact that the entire store staff will ignore the drive thru window for at least 10 minutes, and when someone finally does open the window you can expect to be greeted with the worst sarcastic attitude of your life. I’ve never felt like more of an inconvenience to someone for actually asking them to do the job they are paid for. Horrible management style …

Called in on a Friday night. I could heard a lot of background noise so I'm assuming they were busy. Jesse, the manager I believe took my call and he was very upbeat and happy. While ordering I had a lot of questions and I'm sure I was taking taking up a lot of his time, but he was patient and very helpful. Order was ready once I arrived for pickup and it was perfect! Also the employee at the pick up window was great as well! What a well ran establishment! Very nice to see these days.

There was a mistake in billing when I ordered on the internet. The manager personally reached out to me and apologized. Not only did he do that which I respected, he made it more than right! When I order from Pizza Hut in the future it will be at the Auburn Pizza Hut!!

Best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. I arrived to pick up my pizza and the manager informed me the first pizza that came out didn’t meet their standards; so they included it for free. This place still knows how business is done! Auburn Pizza Hut for the win, good chance I’ll drive from Bluffton just to eat here again.

Nothing like having to educate your server as to the laws that apply to service animals. Really need to work on educating servers about these laws before it causes someone to file a lawsuit about it.

The lady at the drive thru told me to pull forward because she couldn’t find my order. I pulled forward and waited because she said she was gonna come out. She never came out so I went around the drive-through again after waiting for about 10 minutes. Then I got the wrong pizza. I don’t know that I’ll be back for a while. This is the second time for bad service this week.
