Had an exquisite dining experience at Salvatori's Italian Restaurant in Auburn, Indiana. The highlight of my visit was the delectable Basilicata, a savory blend of Italian sausage, onions, bell peppers, spicy crushed red pepper, and perfectly al dente rigatoni, all harmoniously tossed in a rich marinara sauce. Each bite was a testament to the culinary care put into their dishes. Although this location may be cozier than others, it delivers hugely on flavor and satisfaction. The service matched the meal in quality, adding to the charm of this establishment. If you're seeking a meal that will delight your taste buds and leave you reminiscing about Italy's rustic flavors, Salvatori's is the spot. Authentic, flavorful, and served with a smile—highly recommended!

During my work time in Auburn I had several meals at Salvatori’s.Each time the food was excellent, fresh and hot. Twice my dinner was off of the appetizer menu but plenty for a meal. The meatballs were huge, the meat with peppers was good as well. On my last visit I got the cinnamon bread/roll and it was fabulous. Every bit better than the last and after I was able to walk 1 mile or so with no problem. Drop in and enjoy.
Our server Kylee is a great server an the food is so delicious an hot an plenty on your plate, a wonderful place for a meal, we will b back !!!!

If you haven't been here yet for Lunch or Dinner you are missing out! Their lasagna is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! The pizza is phenomenal as well! Stop in and try it!!
First time visiting, we were greeted and seated by a very friendly staff, then our waitress(Cammie) came over we let her know it was our first time here, she was very helpful and informative. The food was delicious and the service we received was just amazing,we will definitely be visiting again and again.

Surprise 25th anniversary for my brother-in-law and his wife. Service was excellent and the food was terrific. Our waitress was great. She helped make the night's celebration very special.
I had a craving for pizza this evening and it just happens that Salvatori's is just up the road from my hotel. I hopped on their website, placed an order for a 10" pepperoni & sausage pizza and waited a few minutes before I headed there to pick it up. Salvatori's is at the end of a building that houses a gas station at the opposite end. The are a couple of other businesses in between. I parked and walked in. I was immediately greeted and asked if I wanted to sit or place a carryout order. I said I was there to pick a pizza up and it wasn't a minute before they came back from the kitchen, pizza in hand. I hopped back in the van and came back to the hotel. When I opened the box, I thought they had made a mistake but I quickly realized there was fresh parsley sprinkled over the top. I've seen and had fresh basil sprinkled over the top of pizzas, but never parsley. I didn't mind it, it was just surprising. The pizza was layered with sauce, sausage, cheese, and pepperoni on top. The sausage was thinly minced so when it was spread over the sauce, you were guaranteed a bite of sausage with every bite. A plus for me! The cheese had a nice pull, and the pepperoni was spicy with crispy edges. The pizza was almost perfectly round which says to me that the dough is pre-shaped and ready to go when they receive an order. There isn't anything wrong with that, but I would expect a hand tossed pizza from a place that had authentic and Italian in the name. Just my thoughts. Anyway, when I picked up the first slice, I was a bit disappointed becasue the bottom of the slice was very moist. Soggy really. I don't mind and soft bottom to a pizza slice, but soggy... meh. The pizza did taste good and I had a few pieces to satisfy my hunger and left the rest in the box for maybe lunch tomorrow. Overall, I give Salvatori's a solid 4-stars. They have other American-Italian dishes which I am sure are very good. I'll have to give a try the next time I up in Auburn for work. Salvator's Authentic Italian Eatery is just off of I-69 in Auburn, Indiana and is worth a stop to quench that hunger you may be feeling from being on the road.
