Been in twice now, hate to say but not good experiences. First time was newly opened, so gave the benefit of doubt....tried again, not impressed. Service and food prep, not great. Each visit, something in our order was forgotten then a hassle to get missing food (wait 20 mins to get food and then another 20 get missing food). Also, poor food presentation--just very sloppy. Probably will spend my money somewhere else next time. When I spend my hard earned money and want to treat myself...this is not what I want.

I stopped and got some tater tots. They tasted as if they had been around a while. They weren't fresh. They weren't hot. It's kind of disgusting, but this won't deter me from stopping here again. My cashier was absolutely amazing. I believe her name was Cass and definitely we'll try again.

The newest eatery of Auburn, is an old-time favorite for many. In regards to food taste and speedy delivery Sonic delivered 5 out of 5 stars.
The littlest in the group (age 3 1/2) enjoyed his mustard/ketchup hot dog, though it was super messy.
I enjoyed my foot long chili dog (thanks for the fork).
Hubby had a delicious but simple Triple Smasher Cheeseburger.
We all enjoyed the fries and though the less adventurous of us had sodas... the tiny guy had the Peppermint Brownie BARK shake and LOVED it. (I had a taste, for the sake of this review... it is amazing.)
The food came out quick, hot and correct. Our carhop was Tyler, he was courteous and attentive. Whomever took our order however was the opposite of everything great we experienced. Rude and abrupt.
No where on the ticket does it give the name of the person who took our order. But they barked questions at us through the speaker, to the point that I was >< that close to just saying "Nevermind, you're rude, we'll eat elsewhere." I understand the need for speed. But there were no other customers but us at 11:17am on 12/18.
Consider taking a moment and when we say what combo we would like to have, take a breath before barking out "Fries or tots?" or "What do you want to drink...?" We'll get there without you interrupting us. I promise.

Great food and amazing staff! Beautiful location with the nicest workers. Tyler was super helpful and made sure we got everything we needed. Everything was perfectly made and tasted great 😊 we'll definitely be coming back and thank you Tyler for going above and beyond for us!

Why toast the bun to just burn it and ruin the whole sandwhich?
we love sonic! we have actually been to this location many times already since they have open, and everything has always been great. until tonight, we ordered two MEDIUM CHERRY slushies with nerds, pretty simple right? we were handed two medium blue slushies with nerds. okay, so we went back to see if we can correct our order. super great service, but then once we were told to pull around, we were given two small cherry slushies with no nerds. i feel silly leaving this review but for such a simple order we would think it would be correct, or even corrected on the second time. 🫠

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Recently driving through Indiana and was hungry, so we stopped at Sonic. Really impressed with this visit! The food was cooked perfectly, the fries were crispy, and everything tasted fresh. The entire place looked clean and well taken care of, from the stalls to the patio area. Fast, friendly service made it an easy five stars.

I used the drive-thru this time and it was so fast! The person on the speaker was polite and helpful with menu questions. Probably one of the easiest fast food trips I've had in a while.

Had an excellent experience service was friendly and very quick. My only complaint is they need bigger straws for their shakes. It’s a little difficult to drink through their little straws but definitely a 10 out of 10 experience.!
