I come here often and the employees know my order by heart and they also know my name without me even telling them. My drink is ALWAYS right and ALWAYS perfect and the staff is absolutely amazing and so sweet. I love coming here not just because I love coffee, but because I also enjoy the energy and vibes that all the employees have. They are very engaging and actually enjoy what they do as a job! The store is very clean as well and I have NEVER had any complaints. Definitely my favorite place to get a coffee! 💗

Ordered online 10 minutes before arriving. Waited in store for another 15 to be told that our order, along with four others, would need to be pushed to the front of the ticket line. Ended up waiting for two drinks 20 minutes in store after ordering 10 in advance. 30 minutes total time. With several other coffee options in the area, Starbucks must be getting too big to care about service

I get coffee with my siblings every Saturday, and without fail, EVERYTIME I’m here they mess up at least one of the drinks I order. It’s extremely frustrating to know when they want Starbucks, I will have to stand there and wait for employees to remake something that’s on their menu after waiting for the first set of drinks. The first 3 times, I let it go assuming it was a training day. This was the fourth time. If I wanted this kind of service, I’d take them to McDonald’s.

Stopped for a drink on 11/24/24 at 2:00 pm waited over 30 mins for 1 tall drink that never came finally asked for a refund and they didn’t even apologize!! So incredibly rude abd a total waste of my time!!!

I'm a new customer, popping in whenever the good coffee shop in town is too full. There is always trash on the floor and on empty tables, and staff are always verbally complaining about their shifts. The last straw, just now, when one of the employees loudly tells another that they have a stomach ache and think it may be something they ate. The lesson here: don't announce to customers you have a stomach illness while standing behind your pastry case. Gross.
