Worst Starbucks around. They dont ever seem to have the ingredients to make the menu items but never inform the customers either. Half the staff seem as if they were forced to work there.

14 minutes in drive through this morning. Strawberry açaí was supposed to be water but lemonade instead. No label and no receipt so can’t take it back.

Even though they are very busy they always get the drinks right and keep the work areas clean in the process of such a busy business. Awesome job to the employees ????
I’ve ordered here in the morning before work a couple of times. Every time The mobile order is ridiculous they need to update it better how can you set your time to 10 minutes but it takes almost 40 to get my drink. Go to a different Starbucks.

30 minute wait for a mocha was unacceptable. Mocha was lukewarm and the milk was not frothed at all. The mobile orders had created such a backlog of drinks that the staff was overwhelmed.
Sandwich had fallen totally apart! Still tasted pretty good.

I had a large order (8 drinks) so I ordered ahead and got there later than their eta. 20 min. We went through the drive thru and they said they hadn’t even started the order. So we said we would park and come through in 10 minutes. We did. 10 minutes later they only finished half. So we waited another 10-15 minutes. They made the hot drinks first, so they were lukewarm when we got them and when I finally got everything it was sad looking. They even forgot one drink. Also I want to add that it was incredibly slow, only one car went through the drive thru while we were waiting and it was slow inside.

This Starbucks advertises their Fall lineup of Pumkin Items, but when try to order anything pumpkin, they don't have it. :(. No Pumpkin scones this year. They didn't have any Pumpkin muffins or any Pumkin Loaf either. So put your Starbucks Fall Pumpkin hopes and dreams on the back burner this year and don't bother with the Auburn, Indiana Starbucks. Super lame in my opinion.

I rolled in at 8:50 pm tonight via the drive-thru and ordered a pumpkin spice latte (no go) - I know, it's still August - but your (S.B.) competition has already released it (WaWa) - but it was worth a try. The dude-man on the intercom took it in stride and still has a professional yet fun attitude about it. All good, so I ordered my go to bev: "grande dirty chai" - I was about to pay with cash and the young window guy informed me they just dropped the cash and did not have change - I was about to pay with card and he's like "naw sir, we got you - drive safe."Just remember Starbucks - it's not the drinks we come for - it's the people that provide the service. Coffee is coffee - but good people are rare - this Auburn crew at 8:50 p.m. on a Wednesday night know it's not about the profit - it's about the service and making the night for a guy who has to drive a few hours.Thanks S.B. Auburn, IN - night crew - you rock!
