Very disappointing $52 for 3 sandwiches roll up bread was tuff to eat the meat no good veggies seamed like they was stale and been sitting out never again will I eat there.

This is my ABSOLUTE LAST TIME HERE!!! I went to a fort wayns subway about a week ago and ordered exact same thing as I did today and why did I pay MORE today than I did at fort wayne store also got chips at fort wayne store did not get chips..I thought prices were same at ALL STORES
PEOPLE WERE RUDE AS WELL GOOD LUCK KEEPING CUSTOMERS..TO MANY PLACES THAT WANT BUSINESS..YOU CAN CLOSE this store and it wouldn't hurt my feelings!!!!!!

evil trolls crawl out of the ceiling every time i step foot on the property. they threatened my first born son a life of misery and spit on my shoes. the food is yummy though. i just feel bad for the staff, ya know, having to deal with those horrible trolls.

I usually have no problems but today the girl that was working was very RUDE!! I think someone should teach her some manners in customer service.. she didn’t even wait for us to put all the stuff on our sandwich that we wanted before she was closing the sandwich and going to cut it… also I wish they would learn that not everyone likes condiments so don’t try to cut someone’s sandwich with a knife that has a mixture of condiments on without trying to wipe it off..if you don’t like your job just say that don’t treat customers rudely!!

Probably the best subway in the North East part of Indiana! The people are absolutely the kindest and take their jobs seriously. I've been twice in the last two weeks and I swear it has been awesome both times. Lacy and Lexi knocked it out of the park..pretty sure they are the managers...if you need a job and are good at what you do? I would 1000% trust them to take care of you or teach you right. 5 stars!

Have absolute no promotions. EVER. Very stingy for being a local owner around here. Don’t support the owner rather go somewhere else for your sub. Can’t even help out the community for us & our kids. No buy one get one no 20%. Just a sad establishment for a chain place. Makes sense why the owners never show their face. Go to jimmy johns across the street. Cheaper and GRILLED/cooked.

Pricey!!! Gone are the days of $5 footlong. I realize this isn't this shops issue it's ALL subways. There are other choices with better sandwiches for the money.

Went in for someone else so I cannot comment on the food quality. Just wanted to point out that two customers ahead of me had a huge order that should have been called inor app ordered but did not do so. The prep line handled it well and was still able to acknowledge everyone that was inline. Even offered to help carry the large order out for the customer. Will stop going to the other Dekalb locations to go to the one in the Kroger Plaza.

Auburn, Indiana locations - You advertise BOGO50 and don’t honor the coupon shame on you!! When you send an email to customer you make sure it’s that everyone can use the coupon!!! Otherwise DO NOT SEND COUPONS!
