I simply wanted a sandwich and since they took away the board menu outside for drive thru, I decided to go to the window to ask for help. The lady who rudely greeted me said she wouldn’t help me unless I came into the store. She closed the window on me before I could say another word. I will not be going back to that location and she needs to not work in a service industry that involves customer service. Do better.
Never participates in any subway promotions.
Did not complete my online order. Made me wait, while serving customers that arrived long after I placed my order. I asked for my money back, they called the cops on me. I have never seen anything so outrageous. I never yelled or threatened anyone. Just asked for my money back.

Avoid weekends. Teens working with no manager. Stale cold bread and old shriveled lettuce, every time. Weekdays are still meh, but at least it’s edible?

This place does a decent job when you go into order, but I would recommend not ordering online. I can't remember the last time I ordered online for a pickup through their app and it was correct. This last time they ran out of the bread we ordered and didn't realize that my number was on the receipt to call until I got there to pick it up. Then after I got home the one sandwich that they were able to make ahead WAS INCORRECT! It wasn't pro meat and it had the wrong condiments on it! They do try to make it right when I call but they really need to step up the game and pay attention to the online orders and directions.
I had never had an issue with this store until tonight. I always do online orders and they e always been perfect. Tonight I ordered for myself and two coworkers. Out of the 3 sandwiches we ordered only 1 was correct. A turkey and cheese ended up with no turkey, just cheese and bread toasted. The same sandwich I always order was missing the Mayo, making a super dry sandwich. For spending almost $40, I expected better.

Yesterday June 15th I placed an order for a roast beef sandwich by accident I hit the wrong Subway when I called them to see if they would reimburse us on our credit card I was told that it was something they couldn't do but I had to go to the site and hit contact which I have I've already went to the site and nothing has.. keep the 14th it much more than

Auburn, Indiana locations - You advertise BOGO50 and don’t honor the coupon shame on you!! When you send an email to customer you make sure it’s that everyone can use the coupon!!! Otherwise DO NOT SEND COUPONS!
