This place does a decent job when you go into order, but I would recommend not ordering online. I can't remember the last time I ordered online for a pickup through their app and it was correct. This last time they ran out of the bread we ordered and didn't realize that my number was on the receipt to call until I got there to pick it up. Then after I got home the one sandwich that they were able to make ahead WAS INCORRECT! It wasn't pro meat and it had the wrong...
I had never had an issue with this store until tonight. I always do online orders and they e always been perfect. Tonight I ordered for myself and two coworkers. Out of the 3 sandwiches we ordered only 1 was correct. A turkey and cheese ended up with no turkey, just cheese and bread toasted. The same sandwich I always order was missing the Mayo, making a super dry sandwich. For spending almost $40, I expected better.
