Has to be the slowest fast food restaurant in the 50 mile radius. I thought BDubs in auburn was slow getting orders out. Nope they're fast compared to this Taco Bell.

It took half an hour to get 2 items. Nobody even wanted to talk to me for 10 minutes, then they ignored me after that. The service here is bottom of the barrel. I have not had a worse experience attempting to get food.

Getting really tired of having to write bad reviews recently but BE CAREFUL. Almost all Auburn fast food places are getting worse and worse. My husband and i got a lowgrade/mild food poisoning from this taco bell starting Friday night (March 7) food was hot, but MUCH greasier than usual and a little off. Taco Bell isnt great food as we all know but damn. DO BETTER. Idk who tf they’re hiring these days but they’re getting people sick!

I know this will fall on deaf ears because businesses don't care about quality service but Very slow drive through service. Over $20 in food but Food was incorrect and no Fire and Hot packets as requested. You have one job to do and if you can't do a fast food job than you're not going to make it far in life.
Every single time we go here, the wait in the drive thru is insanely slow. One evening we waited in the drive-thru line for well over an hour! It is terrible. To make matters worse, something is usually wrong with the order, the food is absolutely destroyed, mashed down flat, or seems as if it was thrown together by a kindergartener. These issues seem to be isolated to just the Auburn location as other TB locations that we go to frequently aren't like this.

It seems their wait times lately are longer than they used to be but they could’ve been short handed so I’m not sure. Typically things go well but after having to come back in several times over the last several visits it gets annoying to have to check the order myself.

Every time I go to Taco Bell in Auburn they mess up my order. Most of the time my cheese isn’t even melted. Tonight they stuffed my quesadilla with creamy jalepeno sauce and black beans way too much and it wasn’t fully cooked. I ask for extras on my burrito and they never add it and I pay for it! When I get nacho fries they can never seem to fill up my sauce all the way or even mostly filled. I’m tired of them messing up my food!!! It’s getting excessive because it’s every time I go to Taco Bell in auburn!

Don't go to this place if you are doing dd,it takes almost an hour, when I ask the lady at the register how much longer was gonna take to get my order,she was rude and said she didn't know, it took 54 minutes 😑 taco bell administrator hire better people please

Ordered on the app and still sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for 2 tacos. There are 4 workers just standing at the pop machine talking. Ordered at 7:52 got my food at 8:28
