Absolutely terrible service. I ordered late night through the app and they couldn't make my order. I got asked to make substitutions I said no thinking I'd just drive away and say cancel order. They already confirmed my order knowing they couldn't give me my order now I was charged for no food. Absolutely joke of an establishment. Charge you for no service

2 cars in line and they greet you with a “It’s gonna be a long wait, like an hour”. Jesus Christ you can’t keep up with 3 sandwiches, 2 fries, and 4 drinks? Why even be a restaurant if you maximum order load is 1 number 1 with a large coke? If you’re the owner of this terrible franchise, shut down because you’re either losing money or laundering it. Came through the drive-thru right around 11:45 not worrying too much since they closed at 1AM. I ordered a Dave’s double - was looking forward it. It was really bad - dried out patties, barely any toppings on it. I threw it away. Disappointing.

First off we go here about once a week ,if the slow lady with hobo gloves is there just do yourself a favor and turn around it's always a issue she's slow, touches food without gloves and I mean I seen here put shredded cheese on fries without gloves . Charged wrong customer for my ice cream and then say it's not her fault she was off yesterday so she's excusing herself....I never did get my ice cream all while the manager waled around like there wasn't an issue. Bad management and bad service the cooks seems good but that's about it.
I have NEVER gotten an order back that is correct. The only reason I keep coming back is because this is the only Wendy’s in Auburn. 3rd times the charm though, never again. It’s a shame really. Do better
