Worst experience ever. First off the hand me a wet straw like if they wash their hands why did they dry them then she hands back money all crimp out and crooked and then when I'm trying to put my money away she's like trying to hand me my drink on here you go here you go here you go and then she gives me my food and no napkins I mean what a rude crude and unattractive person it will be my last visit ever

Hit and miss on customer service, usually friendly, and serve with a smile. One of the better Wendy's in a 60mile radius.. I usually go to Fremont, IN Wendy's.. have the BEST MADE BACONATOR FRIES! AUBURN IN, your guy in the drive thru sold me! Here is a pic of your baconator fries and I will say extra cheese sauce better than normal Today 🙏 thank you!

I’m not sure what her name was I think it was Darma, but she was working in the drive through and they were out of something we ordered on the mobile app and she was quick to offer other suggestions with no problems! That’s customer service yall. Thanks for being cool girl we appreciated you!

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered late night through the app and they couldn't make my order. I got asked to make substitutions I said no thinking I'd just drive away and say cancel order. They already confirmed my order knowing they couldn't give me my order now I was charged for no food. Absolutely joke of an establishment. Charge you for no service
