Was in town staying at the Hollywood Casino Hotel and going to Fall Fest over the weekend and decided to have a dinner out at Bob Evans. I wish I had gotten our waitress name but I didn't but she was very friendly service was fast and the food was great so I would rate them a 10

Got a carry out order. Walked in and 6 employees walked pass and never said a word. No, can I help you or someone with be with you. The pancakes very half the size they normally are and sausage was burnt on the outside and not done in the middle. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time at this location. NO customer service at all! We will NOT go back again! DONE!

We just went in restaurant and was seated. Three others groups came in after us and were waited on. We waited and waited then just got up and left. The sad part is this isn't the first time this has happened at this location. We sat there 15/20 minutes before deciding to leave. We didn't even get drinks. We won't be back.

Wife and I have been coming in almost everyday Tuesday for dinner for the last serval months, food is always great, service is always great, server are nice and friendly even when busy, however the manager is not the best this past Tuesday when we came we had to wait several minutes to be sat which is no big deal, but we were blatantly ignored by the manager she made eye contact with us then went back to playing on her phone. We finally were sat after about 5 minutes by one of the servers who also seemed a little busy. It would not be a big deal but this has happened several times to us on Tuesday by the same manager, other than that the place is great !

Um. The food was a little off. I had an eyelash in my coffee and there was a slug on the window seal. The waitress was very nice though. We were not impressed with this visit though.
