I rather enjoy aurora Burger King… I would rather go in the evening as I enjoy the cheeriness of the employees . I have not had awful experiences as I’ve read in these reviews … they get rather busy and I guess some ppl have issues with their orders but I haven’t experienced it and if I did, I would chalk it up as them being busy… they are after all human… and deserve the respect for dealing with the public … in this day and age, it’s rather a hard thing to do! ?

If your on your lunch don't bother coming here, drive thru is slower than molasses, my grandmother who is dead moves faster than this place... half of my order was missing. So not wasting my lunch break, and as i sat in my car i noticed 2 employees outside smoking with a line like crazy in drive thru.... not coming back to this circus....

Service through the drive-thru can be a bit hit or miss (you have to double-check what's in the bag) but the food is usually pretty decent. It's Burger King though, not Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse. For fast food, it's okay, although it's getting kinda pricey these days.

I got the mushroom/Swiss burger and it was very disappointing. Mc Donald's had a similar burger a long time ago and it was far better than this one at Burger King. The restaurant was nice and the service was fine, but the food was so-so.

Store was open went to the drive thru and was informed that they had no food available, was told the fryers were down and the maintenance person was working to resolve the issue...

The employees favorite thing to do is to smoke outside in the parking lot. Both cigarettes and weed. One of the managers came in and I mentioned how it smelled like marijuana inside the store and all I got was a very rude "it's perfume".No way. Lady smelled exactly like she just stepped out of a weed field and then sprayed herself with essence of weed. I wouldn't be saying any of this if it didn't take 15 minutes to get my order . . . as the only person in the store. Once I got my order the fries were not cold, but had to be 4-5 hours old and then reheated in a microwave.I don't know how this location is still running. Someone has a hole in their pockets because there is absolutely no way this location actually makes any money.

I was in here Tuesday I got 2 whopper when I got em I checked em they were ice cold when I went inside I told em I wanted fresh ones since these were cold instead of give me fresh one they put the two whoppers in the microwave. That goes against corporates rules.. I Will not go to this burger king I would go to the one in Greendale if you want better food.
