they let teenagers run the store. terrible attitude and service, and instead of fixing something that needed fixed (that would’ve been very easy to do), they were all just standing there talking since no one was in line. i pointed it out and the girl stared at me, said “yep” then went back to talking

Staff had an attitude. Walked in almost two hours before they close, giving weird looks and attitude. They started closing and packing food so early and when I wanted to order it was like I walked 10 min before they close. Girls don’t smile just look at me like I’m stupid. Never coming back. Portion size terrible. Nice to everyone else but us. Smiling and laughing with other customers.

Disappointing to make it home 30 minutes later and realize my order that I usually eat as dinner and lunch the following day has gone on an Ozempic diet. The burrito is half the size as normal. Missing lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and half portion of chicken and beans.

Overall good food. The price to value is getting a little out of hand at Chipotle though. Add that that the air conditioner did not work inside and we were forced to eat outside in the car is why it's a four instead of a five.
