Very skimpy on food!! Just payed 15 dollars for a bowl of food and the rice didn’t even fill the bottom of the bowl I had to keep telling them more. Prices need to be lowered for smaller portions!!!

Not all Chipotles are the same, very inconsistent.. But this chipotle is one of my favorites. We only use the app to order and when you're not in there telling them exactly what to do, they don't always get it right BUT at this chipotle they make the burritos and bowls perfect! No complaints.

the service here is not good. they messed up my order so I went back to the store and the lady there was very disrespectful, basically blaming me for them giving me the wrong order. she snatched the order she messed up & they gave me out of my hand & then basically through my order at me. That was very disrespectful & no one should be treated like that. & I ordered my food to be picked up at 7pm had to wait 10 min for them to finish my order, well what I thought was mine. so my order was sitting up there for about 45 minutes & my food was cold & the bowels I got weren’t even filled half way. I have never been treated like this & the fact that she still works there is crazy. she is an older woman probably in her late 30s or early 40s she wears glasses and has brown hair & her hair was up. this is completely unacceptable. Look out for her.

Met my son for lunch and ordered a salad. The worker only lined the bottom of the bowl with lettuce, then asked if I wanted rice and beans. Confused by the question, (probably over the loud music) I repeated that I wanted a salad while pointing to the bowl, and he replied, this is a salad. There was hardly had enough lettuce to cover a Whopper. I asked if he was going to out more lettuce in it, and he just looked at my. I continued my order adding other items. I was still charged full price for half the food. IMO Chipotle is way over priced for mediocre food. I should have asked for a tortilla and just made a burrito out of it when I sat down. This is the only my second time in Chipotle, and will likely be my last.
