It was the crowded for lunch, the line moved quickly and my server was impeccable!! I asked for extra juice from the Barbacoa meat and the server actually got a large spoon to get the juice from the pan!!! When I got to the topping section, I said to myself you have no Spinach, this server heard me and said," We have Spinach over here, I'll get you some!!" Both servers were awesome. Best food experience post COVID!! Food was fabulous, but I would go back just to have someone serve me with integrity!! Thank you!!

If I could leave 100 stars I would. I am what you call a regular, someone who goes in pretty much every day, and orders the same thing. I don’t think I stand out, nor do I say very much, but these fantastic people always remember me, and are always so kind. They go above and beyond And have never disappointed me out of the hundreds of orders that I have placed. The managers are also phenomenal and always take a moment to say hello. I typically see the same young ladies that work there each time I go and they always ask about my day. I am a general manager of a well-known store, and I would take any of these employees to work for me any day of the week. Thank you again for your fantastic Service!

Been here a few times and every single time, I'm blown away by the customer service. The night Manager is extremely good at managing a clean busy restaurant. My food is well put together- I will not judge any new hires. We all start out somewhere, the Carne Asada is my favorite and it's always, everything that I've gotten it has been perfectly cooked. I rate this Chipotle 11 out of 10. And I'm so glad that I live close to this one.Dietary restrictions: Good for vegetarians. Vegans, kosher, carnivor, omitavor. You could be a leaf blower and this place still got you covered.Kid-friendliness: Always a fun kid place.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.

I ordered a steak burrito bowl and a chicken burrito bowl for carry out, I got home and sat down to eat my steak bowl and the rice was crunchy and there was a lot of fat in it. I was hungry so I just started separating the fat out of my food and there was just too much. I called the restaurant and they would not give me any money back, they offered me a burrito that’s it. My niece said that the rice in her chicken bowl was crunchy but the chicken was ok. I spent over $60 and they wouldn’t give me back what I spent for the steak bowl. This is the worst Chipotle in the chain

From my experience, the food has always been pretty good. Disappointing to see when you order “extra cheese” and pay for it, to find that there isn’t enough cheese to cover the top. This is the same reason I stopped ordering extra steak. I use to order extra and it just didn’t seem as though I was getting what I was paying for. Seems as though prices are going up and you get less and less.

I’ve always loved Aurora Chipotle but last night was definitely the worst experience i’ve had there. My rice wasn’t cooked all the way through so it was crunchy. They had no sour cream, which I understand sometimes you run out of things before truck comes, but I wasn’t informed of this until I went back in to ask for it. Every time I order on the app the bowls are NEVER filled all the way. Hoping the next time I’m in there its a better experience.

Lawrenceburg IN Chipotle is the absolute best Chipotle I have visited in a while. I leave Harrison Ohio, driving right by a Chipotle, to go to Lawrenceburg to Chipotle. That says something if you ask me.

That is a picture of my sons bowl before he even touched it. It is half empty. My 10 year old ate this and was still hungry. When we got to the cheese she put even less than what you see here, so I asked for a little more, and you can see how little there still is. She put maybe a quarter of a spoon of each ingredient. I've worked in food service my entire life and don't like to complain. This is the second time I've had a bad experience at Lawrenceburg Chipotle.
