Mash potatoes and rice were cold. Walleye fish was good and hot. Bit pricey for what we got. Will go back and try other items next time. The chicken looked really good.

Such a great find! We stopped in for dinner, and the food is delicious. We especially enjoyed the chicken and corn chowder, and the honey jalapeño cornbread is awesome! Service was especially friendly and you can feel the care that goes into all of the small details. I’m so glad we found this gem of a small local restaurant!

Went here for dinner. We both had the catfish sandwich, which was a nice piece of catfish on a tasty bun with fresh greens and a little sauce. Also had a lovely piece of homemade key lime pie..... fabulous. The girls working were so sweet and caring. We will go

So today I stopped in for my first meal and it was excellent. I ordered the meat loaf with a salad, rice,and collard greens. Whomever runs the kitchen really knows what they are doing. The young lady who took my order was very kind and friendly. The entire place was very clean, including the restroom, which is always a plus. I will be a frequent flier here.

The restaurant looks to be an older home that they turned the main level into a restaurant. It’s a smaller place and when we went there was only 1 person running the dining area. That being said service was both fast and friendly. We tried the corn muffins, catfish and ribs. The corn muffins were delicious. The ribs were very tender and had great flavor. I got the coleslaw, baked beans, and Mac & cheese for my sides. The coleslaw and baked beans were excellent, but the Mac was just average. The catfish was ok, but I believe it is pre-breaded frozen catfish fillets. Not made from scratch. We also ordered the bourbon bread pudding to go. I would highly recommend this. It was delicious. Overall it was a great experience

First time eating here and we weren't disappointed. The pulled pork was delicious as well as the baked beans, potatoes,and Mac and cheese. Large portions so plenty of left overs. Clean restaurant and our server was very sweet.

This was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised.The meatloaf sandwich was delicious the macaroni and cheese was creamy and cheesy. Yum! Will definitely come back.
