Had a reservation for 7pm, got seat as soon as we walked in because it wasn't very busy. Sat at the table for 25 minutes, waitress never came to help us. She only paid attention to other customers. We walked out and will not be coming back. No way to treat customers.

The food was alright, nothing special. However the order came to use incomplete. By that I mean the loaded baked potato, as ordered, was not loaded. (No butter and no sour cream) as described. Also an additional side was ordered for one person and it didn't come. The response by the waiter was a surprisingly " well, you didn't order it" and the next statement was "it'll be extra as a second side" which I already knew when I ordered it. I followed that statement by saying "forget it, I'm good". A server, should properly apologize and retrieve the ordered item ASAP. Aiden needs some coaching on how to communicate with his customers effectively and see to their needs appropriately. He's young and he'll learn with good coaching.

The steak was good out of 16oz I had to cut off 2 to 3oz. in gristle and bad fat. What really was a surprise was the tiny loaded baked potato. For the cost I was expecting something better. It was 1/2 the size of one from Texas Roadhouse or any other steakhouses, a premium side here is 7 bucks. I get one side with my steak. A normal baked potato is 5. I was up charged 3 dollars. Math didn't add up lol... I will try it one more time sometime different. I like family owned businesses, and I like to support them. However for the price the quality needs spot on.

I saw a friend recommend this place on FB and it looked interesting.Walking in I liked the vibe. The decor and the old historicalBuilding are really cool. The place wasn’t busy at all. Kinda too dead for a Saturday night really. The wife and I both ordered the filet. The steak was so good. The flavor was great. No fat and cooked to perfection. Legit one of the best steaks I’ve had.We ordered the spicy cheese curds which came in a plastic tray like you would find at a cheap pizza place. The baked Potato came with barely any toppings and a side PACKET of sour cream.. yes a packet.. with a $36 dollar steak ..They really need to make a few minor changes so have a really great thing going.Be as fancy as your prices suggest. We wanted to check out the building as the little paper on the table documenting the buildings history suggests. Nope.. upstairs bar is closed. Waitress told us they can’t keep it busy enough.Loved the historic building for sure. And that steak. I want another so bad. Unfortunately we don’t spend $130 dollars on dinner too often. Also the whole experience was a little too quick.. at Jeff Rubys we go and have expensive meals but we are there for 2 hours .. from beginning to end here it was under 40 min. Some may like that. I was on a rare date with the wife and could use the extra time.We had the curds to share as an app.2 steaks with undercooked baked potato plus a bourbon mule and a old fashion.$130 after tipping 20%Not cheap ..Giving extra stars for that steak though

Recently had a family celebration dinner here for my 70th BD. The steaks were perfection, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent. The complimentary piece of cheesecake they served me for my BD was superb. Highly recommend. Does not disappoint.

Prices were so high I felt underdressed. Our appetizer (Cheese Curds $8) came out in a plastic basket. Most of my party got the sirloin steak ($28) it was mostly burnt and absolutely tiny. I order a cheese burger ($15) with a loaded potato ($7) my grand overly priced premium side was a potato with little bit of cheese and bacon bits and a packet of sour cream. With prices this high I was not excepting plastic baskets, sauces in packets, church chairs. Horribly overpriced for what you are given, and bar type bathrooms. Don’t be sorry I didn’t have a 5 star visit just change your prices or be more professional. Only positives were my burger was good and the fries here are amazing. The bread with cinnamon butter was my favorite!
