I went through and got the family meal and got cole slaw. It was brown! The manager tried to tell me thats how it is supposed to be. I am not stupid and have worked in restaurants myself, that is NOT how it is supposed to look! I called and complained and she wanted to argue and say it was ok to eat. Never offered to make things right and then argued more and hung up on me. That is not customer service or how a manager should act! Do not waste your time or money!

Stop in the drive thru the Wednesday after Mardi Gras 2025 they gave me a cold fish sandwich, that had been sitting under the lights for who knows how long. I can't believe they gave me a cold sandwic, no napkins, no receipt, no anything, not even a hot fish sandwich. That's it, i will never be back!

Food is really good but the lobster bites are a ripoff. I paid $5 for 4 tiny pieces. It's false advertising when you show the boxes are full
