First - go here for the food and the people. The food was as expected from a fast food chain, only complaint was that the food wasn't hot. For the money that was spent, give us fresh hot food. The workers there are amazing and kind - go there just to support them. The biggest issue and crime is that for 4 people, our bill was almost $70 - this is ludicrous for a fast food restaurant, period. Drinks are NOT part of combo meals, and they average around $12 each. I understand that prices are going up, but $70 for 4 meals and one $7 appetizer at a fast food place is robbery.

The staff that work here are so friendly. The customer service is honestly probably the best in town. The workers will even offer to help the older folks clean up which is just the sweetest thing ever!!!

I can't believe that I had to pay 10 cents for extra tartar sauce. I ordered a 3 piece fish meal and an extra piece of fish, $17.21. I got 4 tartar sauce packets, I guess 1 for each piece of fish. I sat at the drive thru, honked once, and waited 4 minutes for the worker to ask what I needed. I asked for more tartar sauce and she said I had to pay for it. 5 packets of tartar sauce, 54 cents. If LJS needs money that bad, maybe they should just close their doors. I don't think I'll visit them again.

My chicken planks were ridiculous. I would have gotten more chicken if I went to McDonald's and got a kids meal with nuggets.

I went through and got the family meal and got cole slaw. It was brown! The manager tried to tell me thats how it is supposed to be. I am not stupid and have worked in restaurants myself, that is NOT how it is supposed to look! I called and complained and she wanted to argue and say it was ok to eat. Never offered to make things right and then argued more and hung up on me. That is not customer service or how a manager should act! Do not waste your time or money!
