Currently in line at the place where you take your order. We've been in line a total of 30 minutes, 10 which have been waiting at the microphone. We placed an online order so we are kinda stuck with waiting. We've had plenty of issues with this location in the past but this is a tad excessive. Cars are in a line to the road and half around 5 to 6 cars have backed out due to the crazy wait. I've worked in customer service for a long time so I understand staffing and general issues but DAMN.

I ordered to custom box combos from the app, they one didn't come in the box not sure if they just don't do that anymore, but the main thing is I went to eat the cinnamon twists and they looked funny and tasted like straight chemicals. They made my stomach upset, upon a quick google search it appears to be a common issue with the oil going rancid.
Taco Bell sucks and there is nobody taking your order everything has to be done on a computer screen ... got damn vape puffing hipsters have taken over fast food

Not many fast food places have employees/ staff go out to the lobby to make sure everything is good and that you are happy with everything. Alex did. Too bad more restaurant's aren't like that. McDonald's tried but has since slacked off on their recent service/ customer focused approach to business. Prices are high for everything (anywhere) anymore and its nice to actually be somewhere, look around, and have a nice, clean restaurant and even have someone like Alex to make sure all is good.

Yall don’t know how it is but I have a pregnant girlfriend and she wanted Taco Bell so I placed an online order then went in to get it waited an additional 35 minutes and they forgot HER food and the fries were ice cold now I gotta deal with her being mad and drive back there to get her food
