I ordered to custom box combos from the app, they one didn't come in the box not sure if they just don't do that anymore, but the main thing is I went to eat the cinnamon twists and they looked funny and tasted like straight chemicals. They made my stomach upset, upon a quick google search it appears to be a common issue with the oil going rancid.

In this order it took way to long for them to make a mobile order it took more then 10 minutes the food was ok atmosphere is ok to. You can do better taco bell.

Not many fast food places have employees/ staff go out to the lobby to make sure everything is good and that you are happy with everything. Alex did. Too bad more restaurant's aren't like that. McDonald's tried but has since slacked off on their recent service/ customer focused approach to business. Prices are high for everything (anywhere) anymore and its nice to actually be somewhere, look around, and have a nice, clean restaurant and even have someone like Alex to make sure all is good.

Yall don’t know how it is but I have a pregnant girlfriend and she wanted Taco Bell so I placed an online order then went in to get it waited an additional 35 minutes and they forgot HER food and the fries were ice cold now I gotta deal with her being mad and drive back there to get her food

waited OVER AN HOUR for an online order set for asap. went in and looked for the order that they said they “never received” even though i have the online receipt. everyone acted as if it was an issue to DO THEIR JOBS. i finally get the food and they forgot three of my items, so i wait another 15 minutes for three melts. MELTS. i ordered extra beef on one item and had one bite out of the whole thing that even HAD beef. looked at the chipotle melts and the flatbread is legitimately peeling due to the fact that they are just kept out and not properly stored. this location is absolute trash and apparently everyone that works in there is too high to ever do anything right. needs to just be shut down.
Atrocious wait time for a asap online order. I had to sit in there for 45 minutes for a online order that was supposed to be asap. The cherry on top was not getting all of my food and having to wait LONGER. I’m done with this location and so should anybody else who values their time whatsoever.

I alway brag about this particular Taco Bell. They seem to have friendly employees and never once have I had a bad experience there. I go in today and as soon as I go in 2 boys on the line start complaining because they don’t want to take my order. I ignore it and order my food. While waiting there I realized I had forgotten to order something and when he goes to bring me food I ask to order something else. I apologize and tell him thank you he rolls his eyes and acts annoyed the entire time. In the back a couple of girls are saying in snarky comment my name multiple times and making fun of me. I had been nothing but to them and the rude behavior of several people who know better was sad. It has gone downhill so much unfortunately.
