Quinton reached higher than expectations. He was amazing and knows what he is talking about. His personality and professionalism is extremely impressive and awesome. As well as the gentleman that has opened the door for every guest that walks in. Applebees has hired amazing people. Thanks to Quinton for being one of the best servers !!!

Quinton was amazing! He was very helpful and recommended our new fav drink!!! Highly recommend asking for him when you arrive. He never let our drinks go empty and was very polite. So happy with our visit, him and the staff as changed our view on applebees from prior visits!

Food was good & came out quick, restaurant was quiet (mid afternoon) but service was super slow, when asked for another drink, asking for a sauce & at the end when asking for boxes... Service seems almost slower without full dining room
Steak was not eatable due to being overcooked. Had to wait for another to be cooked less my potatoes and vegetables which were cold when the 2nd steak was done.

The professionalism and customer service has completely fallen off at this Avon Applebees location. Bartenders and waitresses don’t greet you when you come inside, but rather stare at you in anger as if they are mad because they have to do work. Bartenders run to the back to hang out with their friends after 11pm or if they simply don’t feel like serving you. If you plan on ordering food after 11pm, you can forget about it. I used to be able to order food to go as late as 11:50pm on any day of the week after I got off work. They used to honor their close time and let customers walk in to sit at bar and order food as late as 11:45/11:50pm right before closing. Now when you call to order food to go after 11:00pm, managers/waitresses will lie and say that the “cooks have already turned off the grill.” Never eating here again! The managers allow the rude behavior so it’s not going to stop.
Had to place my order 2 to get it right. The Serve Lady was very slow and did not remember anything.

Once again my bourbon steak was tough and over cooked. Don't know where they buy their beef, but it's not the same place Outback and Texas Roadhouse get theirs. Cook needs to learn what medium rare means. The rest of the meal was fine. Waitress was very friendly and curtious. Got to use a birthday gift card.
