Worst applebees ever! I ordered a medium rare steak and it came out cooked a little more than medium. It took 20 minutes to get someone's attention to let them know. One waitress walked right past and ignored my husband twice. Finally the manager came and said he would have it remade. We waited another 45 minutes still no remade steak. Will NEVER go here again

We ordered for curbside pickup. I ordered the new cheeseburger that is dipped in cheese and ordered extra cheese and sauce. Got home. Nooo cheese. Nothing but the dry beef and one slice of bacon Extremely disappointing.

Went over the weekend to try their new burger, I will say had a good time, service was friendly, drinks stayed refilled and the 2 for $25 deal is a favorite of mine.

Was just told by hostess that we couldn’t sit at the bar area because the bartender would feel obligated to serve us. WTH??? The game is on and only 3 people sitting at the bar! Headed to Plainfield one

Placed an order for 7 pm got there at 7 didn’t get my order until 7:20. I live 5 minutes away and by the time I got home the food was cold. I understand take out person was bjs but there were multiple servers just standing around. Help your coworker out and do something. Do not recommend this location.

Eating dinner with my family and my steak came out medium twice. I wanted it well done. Asked for a manager and employee Cam came out. I expressed my concern and I was told YOU people always do this. I asked who is you people and he laughed and pointed at my hand. I said you mean black people? He laughed and walked away outside to smoke with some other female employee. It's 2025 Applebee's and you have employees referencing skin color. I am a black man by the way. Please do better! Never eating at this place again!

Thank you to Applebee's for the Veterans dinner. The meals we received were hot and decent. Just a few things I thought was odd. First is the bartender had no help at all. He ran out of clean glassware and had do dishes while trying to keep up with the busy bar. Went to pay with cash and he was trying to make change from his personal wallet. No till. So I just gave him a credit card instead.
Damian made me the BEST amf. Great conversation and friendly atmosphere..

Stopped to have dinner here around 8 pm on Sunday. Wasn't to busy like most Avon restaurants. Didn't have to wait in line. Food was great especially considering the slightly lower cost compared to others. Dining area as well as bathrooms were clean. And service was great. 5 out of 5 would recommend.
