I heard about the secret menu item the meat mountain, I went through the drive through a few days ago and asked about it and was told they do have it, today I was in the area again and decided to go to the same Arby's and order it but when I tried I was then told they don't serve that. I explained that I had been told a few days prior that they did but then the worker told me that was a different shift and the manager that was there now wouldn't serve it. I'm not really sure how different shift managers decide what to sell but I can say they definitely lost a customer.

The location and the atmosphere was very nice. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately the roast beef sandwiches and curly fries were on the cold side. I am assuming we were eating lunchtime leftovers since we showed up just after lunch hours. We did have mozzarella cheese sticks and they were perfect.

Good service.. quick and fast.. and have friendly staffs.... but the taste of the food is not that fresh or newly cooked or made.. maybe i had a bad tastebud that day?
Ask for hot fries they gave us very warm husband took them back then they were hot but only half full awful n grease loaded tasted awful ? will not go back to any Arby's nope!!!
