The location and the atmosphere was very nice. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately the roast beef sandwiches and curly fries were on the cold side. I am assuming we were eating lunchtime leftovers since we showed up just after lunch hours. We did have mozzarella cheese sticks and they were perfect.

Did not eat the food because of sanitary reasons. This will take a small amount of explanation, though. The first thing someone does after sitting down to use the restroom is pull up their pants. That is done before washing hands. The employee I'm concerned with saggs pants. these pants continue to fall enough that they need to grab and pull them up slightly. This actually makes them grab the part where they grab to pull them up after going to the restroom. I think a normal intelligence person can see where I'm going with this. That's gross and should not be allowed in the food industry.
I seen an add on TV. A fish and classic roast beef 2 for 6.00I got to this store and the very nice polite young man behind the counter said.We pulled the fish off our menu yesterday along with macaroni nibblers. They were here for limited time. I thanked young man. Told him in a polite tone that I will never ever step one foot into another Arbys again.So I got into my car and went where I could get a fish sandwich.

This is the only Arby's that mixes the cabbage and cheese together for the Reuben which I've been getting for years and was wondering where the cheese was. This was the first time at this location and all the others that that I've been to don't mix the two together. Which was a HUGE Disappointment since you couldn't even taste the cheese at all. Took us almost an hour to get our food since they had ran out of Roast Beef for orders that were before ours. Not sure if we'll go back to this location or not.
