I’ve been in a couple of times and the food has been solid, great if you’re looking for something fresher than traditional fast food. Think of it as an Asian-inspired version of Qdoba.
The service can be hit or miss, and while they offer free miso soup (which is a nice touch), my husband finds it a bit on the bland side. Overall, still a good option when you want something quick and fresh.

MY ORDER: I got a bowl with rice and noodles and chicken and beef and miscellaneous vegetables. I put the ginger sauce and yum yum sauce and a spicy sauce on the bowl. I also got the side of korean fried chicken nuggets/bites.
I came here like two weeks ago, excited for a new restaurant in Avon. I walked in and loved how the inside is clean and smells fresh. Lots of seating if you choose to dine in, nice music. The server was incredibly kind, funny, and patient as it took me awhile to decide what to order. She offered her suggestions. So really the two star is not for the store management. The food was the issue.
It tastes overly processed and the korean fried chicken bites was clearly frozen and microwaved/reheated. It was also extremely salty. The food was a bit salty too and I got different sauces to try on the side and it was still bland with just salt as the present flavor. I wanted to eat a healthy bowl but honestly i felt like i just ate a whole bunch of overly processed and slightly salt meats and vegetables. I tried Bibibop in Camel and it was the same. So honestly I think it’s just the food distribution of Bibibop as a whole unfortunately.

Online ordering was a little slow but all good during a busy lunch hour (30 minutes for “asap pickup”). If you’re in a hurry, just go through the line in person.

Ava and Layla have absolutely horrible customer service ava was very rude to an elderly couple in front of us then proceeded to be rude to us. Horrible attitudes from both young ladies. I asked the couple that was after us and they also said they were very rude as well. Food was just laying out not covered Layla slammed the rice cooker everytime she opened it. Ava was disrespectful to everyone who’s order she took.

Bibibop in Avon, the customer service is horrible. “ Layla and Ava” were the RUDEST ever. they gave dirty looks and had bad funky attitudes while multiple customers ordered. they yelled at the couple in-front of us after the couple couldn't hear what “Ava” said the first time. there was also a fly in our food and “Ava” huffed and puffed when i corrected her to put the yum yum sauce on the side after i clearly said “ put it on the side”. we have also just asked two customers if they were rude towards them and they confirmed.

We love the clean eating of Bibibop! The Avon store has two Asian girls working that are so friendly. Just delightful! They make sure everyone understands the choices. The restaurant and restrooms are very clean. A Great Choice for quick dining.

I visited your store on 10/01 about an hour before closing. I asked the employee, Ava, for chickpeas, and she added cold water instead of properly preparing them. When I asked about it, she told me they couldn’t make more because they were about to close. I mentioned that adding water was unusual, and in response, she threw my bowl. This behavior was unprofessional and made me feel disrespected.
I’ve noticed a pattern of poor customer service at this location staff often seem upset to even be serving customers.

Tried this today for the first time with great help from the server to understand the choices. Got a tofu bowl and it was 20% off veggie bowls Monday to boot. Absolutely awesome food and experience. I’ll be back.
I tried this place for the first time on Labor Day. I ordered take out and went and picked it up. I will say looking at the menu, the options did not seem appealing at first but I got a bowl with white rice, steak, 2 servings of curry chickpeas, bean sprouts, avocado, and yum yum sauce on top. It was truly fantastic, all of the flavors worked so well and the quality of the food was great! The regular portions are a lot of food and very filling so I got a meal and a snack out of one purchase. I have sensitivities to food sometimes and this place did not upset my stomach at all. The ladies working in the store were very nice and helpful and the atmosphere of the store is modern and new. This place is really great and healthy and it is a great way to try some types of Korean food. Overall this place is amazing and definitely worth the prices.

Super loved my meal! I got purple rice, lettuce, chicken, teriyaki sauce, cucumber, corn, and cheese in my bowl.
My husband tried the sweat potato noodles and was not a fan of the texture.
You seat yourself after you go through the line. There weren’t any clean tables so I had to clean it myself. Other than that, I loved my experience!
