Online ordering was a little slow but all good during a busy lunch hour (30 minutes for “asap pickup”). If you’re in a hurry, just go through the line in person.

Ava and Layla have absolutely horrible customer service ava was very rude to an elderly couple in front of us then proceeded to be rude to us. Horrible attitudes from both young ladies. I asked the couple that was after us and they also said they were very rude as well. Food was just laying out not covered Layla slammed the rice cooker everytime she opened it. Ava was disrespectful to everyone who’s order she took.

The service can be hit or miss, and while they offer free miso soup (which is a nice touch), my husband finds it a bit on the bland side. Overall, still a good option when you want something quick and fresh.
