The bagels are always the best! I went here yesterday with my daughter and the girl at the front was so nice! She offered to cut my daughter’s bagel into quarters and then gave me a cup of hot water for a paci that had fell on the ground without me even asking! Give her a raise!

Ordered breakfast sandwiches and a hot latte and the girl at the register said to the person working and said “I’m not making that” very rudely to her coworker and made that same coworker make it. It was a very inappropriate way to talk in front of customers. The food and drink were good though.

On 12/20/2025, my mom called and ordered bagels. On the way to get them we got stopped due to an accident on 70 going to Avon. We called the restaurant to cancel the order, because we did not believe that we would make it in time to pick up the bagels. The man that answered the phone stated that we could still come and pick them up even though they would be closed, the doors would be opened I get there and he states that he sold one of the bagels because he didn’t believe that we would be there to pick them up. After talking with him, and explaining that we called, he continued to argue that he didn’t believe that we were coming. We had even told him that we would be there since we could still pick them up. I called today to talk with the manager because I didn’t believe that we were treated very kindly. He then proceeded to say he’s the manager, and he proceeded to say how he thought the story went. After talking with him, he refused to do anything about the situation and stated that he refused to give free bagels, even though he asked what he could do to make the situation better. I do not recommend this location because of this manager and the way he treats his customers.
I ordered sandwiches an three bagels they forgot a sandwich and didn’t put lettuce on anything when I asked they said well lettuce went from 50 dollars a case to 120 dollars a case so we aren’t serving it maybe you could have said that before I ordered BLTS and sandwiches with lettuce

We stopped in today and had such a great experience! The gentleman behind the counter was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I’m vegetarian and had my 14-month-old with me, and he was so thoughtful and accommodating — even sent us home with a dozen free bagels just to be nice! The bagels themselves were fresh, perfectly chewy, and absolutely delicious — and as a New Yorker, I fully approve. Highly recommend this place, it’s rare to find that kind of heart in a business these days. We’ll definitely be back—this place has earned a loyal fan!

Any time I come in here, it always puts me in a good mood. Everyone who works here is always so kind and attentive. The food is spectacular. Whenever I have to open at work, it's 5am and nobody else is open except these guys, and to be honest, there's nowhere else I'd rather go. A really nice place with a warmth that's hard to find these days. :)
