We stopped in today and had such a great experience! The gentleman behind the counter was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I’m vegetarian and had my 14-month-old with me, and he was so thoughtful and accommodating — even sent us home with a dozen free bagels just to be nice! The bagels themselves were fresh, perfectly chewy, and absolutely delicious — and as a New Yorker, I fully approve. Highly recommend this place, it’s rare to find that kind of heart in a business these days. We’ll definitely be back—this place has earned a loyal fan!

Any time I come in here, it always puts me in a good mood. Everyone who works here is always so kind and attentive. The food is spectacular. Whenever I have to open at work, it's 5am and nobody else is open except these guys, and to be honest, there's nowhere else I'd rather go. A really nice place with a warmth that's hard to find these days. :)

Dry bagel . Not much to choose from most were empty. I noticed 6 people working but not many bagels. The place was dirty. The service was bad employees didn't want to be there it was extremely obvious. Don't think I will be back.

A morning sandwich of your dreams can be found here bagel style. Avoid the fast food and get great food fast right here-With muffins too! You cannot go wrong getting a dozen of each and rolling into the job with a smile 😊 The service just rocks as well and before you know it you are in and out with cream cheese on your chin.

Go somewhere else unless you enjoy disappointment with a side of dry carbs. These bagels were so dry I thought I’d accidentally ordered a desert-themed snack. And the staff? Just as dry—if eye rolls were complimentary, at least I’d be getting something for free. The vibe was a mix of high school lunch rush and “I don’t want to be here” energy.
And let’s talk cream cheese. ONE. OUNCE. FOR. TWO. DOLLARS. I’ve seen more generous portions in airline meals. I nearly needed a loan to schmear my bagel properly.
In conclusion: if you’re looking for flavor, friendliness, or value—keep walking. Preferably to somewhere that doesn't treat cream cheese like it's liquid gold.
