BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Service was decent for last hour arrival and the food was better than expected but the mash potatoes were cold, dry and kind of bland outside of garlic. The server never asked how my food was which was the ONLY thing inadequate Beer prices alone give this place 2 stars. Literally the only table in the restaurant and I question why. This place used to be packed when I was a regular late night visitor ten years ago. Is it because you don't have a happy hour and charge $10 for all beers and ciders? Undoubtedly.. $75 for one meal and 4 beers is absurd.

When i walked in with my family, there was a red haired lady who i later found out to be the hostess smoking what looked like a vape. while i dont judge, i do strongly believe theres a time and a place. It was just utterly unprofessional. There are often children walking through the door and i dont think that's something any parent would want their child to see at a supposed fancy establishment. The food was delicious, and my server was great. Just wanted to let you know so changes can hopefully be made.

They don't care about delivery orders. I've made a few from here and everytime it's sloppy, ill-prepared, and missing things. I've ordered the wedge salad, the spaghetti, and some of their apps. I got the spaghetti tonight which is why I'm finally reviewing this place.

It was old, had barely any cheese or sauce, the meatballs were like chewing through saw-dust.

Never again. How do you mess up just pasta and sauce my people? Don't order delivery from this place, they literally do not care about putting effort into your orders.

Terrible food and service 😑 Brought me a sandwich on black, burnt bread and wrong side! Put off that I wanted it remade!!! No manager apology or adjustment...Not going back or recommending ever!!!

We tried to go to this location to night. We walked in and there was one person in line in front of us and he was needing a reservation for several people. We stood there for several minutes and then a couple came in behind us and they completely ignored us even though we were in line and took the other too people to a table. We had to stand there for several more minutes waiting on the guy in front of us to finish whatever he was discussing. He moves so we move forward and they try to help the new set of people that had came in after us. We stepped right in front of them acknowledging we were there before then and still needing sat. The hostess then goes has a conversation with several waitresses and comes back and tells us we will have to go on 15 minute plus wait-list. We left and probably won't be visiting again.

Discovered BJ's while searching for places to eat for my birthday & have been coming here ever since . Good food with a few healthy options on the menu .

Only reason I'm giving them a 4-star rating instead of a 5 is because I received a burnt Pizookie on a couple occasions (wish there was an option online to select desired done-ness since I prefer mine a little doughy and undercooked) . Also, I ordered some Chicken Alfredo and asked if they could add Blackened Salmon to the dish . I didn't notice until I made it home that they completely forgot my Blackened Salmon that I paid for . They eventually sent me a $20 gift card to reimburse me for the infraction , but it's definitely an inconvenience when your order is wrong when visiting a place 25min away from where you live . I still haven't been back to redeem the gift card .

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I placed a door dash order that was an hour delayed by the restaurant (for just one single ice cream pizookie). It was then apparently “stolen,” by the dasher. I placed a new order and called to check on it, because again, it was taking awhile and I said “Hey I’m calling to check on this order again, I placed for the ice cream because it had issues with Door Dash.” She harshly responds, “I don’t know what order you’re taking about, there’s been no issues with the Door Dash orders.” I said “Well, the last one was stolen and I placed a reorder but the new dasher said he is now having issues picking up the new order as well,” she replies rudely, “I am was in the back! Your order is being made now! It’ll be ready when it’s ready!” I said, “Okay well I just called to check.” She said, “I done told you five times it’s being made and will be picked up.” Then HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME LOL. I don’t know who was working the front at 11:00pm 07/22/2025 but they either need to take a customer service class, a chill pill or needs to be fired. Worst. Customer. Service. and oh the best part—it was melted. 🙂🙂🙂

My sister and I came for a late birthday celebration. The server was helpful. The food was delicious. Nearly every aspect of the experience was a good time. The only things were they were out of several things we wanted and some of the drinks were off. I will certainly be returning soon.

The food here has single handedly given me clinical depression. The bread on my sandwich was simultaneously burnt and soggy, and our waitress rarely made an appearance. The avocado in the egg rolls was brown and all around the food did not resemble its menu counterpart. It gets an extra star because the pizookies are bomb.
