I liked their food the other 2 times I ate there. This time I was not impressed. The escargot was sliced very small with little seasoning. Our one dish we had to send back because the meat was too tough. The strawberry salad was better. My drink was so small full of ice and I don't usually drink. It will be awhile before I go back.

This place is just overrated. Service sucks too... need to wait almost an hour for your food... not coming back.

We arrived at 3:00. We were seated in the main dining area. There was only one other table occupied. The bar area was slightly busier. We were not acknowledged for 20 minutes. At this time a waitress approached us saying we were in her area but she was off the clock. Drink orders were taken. We ordered off Happy Hour menu. Another waitress let me know they were out of my 1st and 2nd choice of drinks.. Alternative was not at Happy hour price. ($9.45) It was 3:30 when the beer arrived. Food arrived at 3:55, one hour after arrival. They were not busy. We have visited this restaurant multiple times and never had any issues. After today, we may never return.

I would not eat here at all literally just made a delivery here. they're unsanitary the kitchen is disgusting and dirty also saw mold and old food on my way out. This is a disgrace and I will be reaching out to the health department about the bug problem 🤢🤢🤮🤮

If you want to go to lunch in Avon, go somewhere else. Should have realized it when we walked in at Noon on a Sunday and the restaurant was less than half full. Our server, while outwardly polite, wasn't very good. Prime rib was ordered medium, came out well done, then the replacement looked like it was microwaved. Our sugar cookie pazooki was way undercooked (still batter). She took it back, scraped the ice cream mostly off, maybe stuck it under a broiler, then more ice cream back on. It was still raw. Got the manager, she got us a new one, and it wasn't totally right but at that point I was just ready to leave. No comp, no adjustments, no nothing. Server ignored us once she got the check from us, never spoke to us again, which was part of why we got the manager to begin with. I'm just mad at myself for paying cash so she could grab and walk early. Once again, if you want lunch in Avon, don't go here. If you really want BJs, drive to Greenwood.

Lisa our waitress was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I got the boneless wings they were tender and tasty. The only negative is the restaurant was cold

My wife and I had a great dinner. Brian was great.

This BJs has fallen off, 1 sweet potatoes fries was loaded with salt the other no salt.. the food wasnt prepared right or even close and I feel like some of it was left overs.. not to mention the higher prices and obviously less portions..

Service was not that great. Our waitress seemed to be preoccupied and reluctant to take our order. I ordered an èntree and an appetizer and they brought out the entree 30min before the appetizer. My friend that was with me only ordered an entree and did not receive his food until 1hour after ordering. By that time I had already finished my food. Slow and horrible

For the 2nd time in a few months, we went for dinner and this time, it started out great. We got seated quickly. Our server came quickly and took our drink orders and took our order. When we got our drinks, two were supposed to be unsweetened tea and they were sweet tea. My husband immediately got our server and she said she would be right back with the right tea and apologized. Sadly, she didn't come right back. It was a good ten or 15 minutes and she told us that someone had added sugar to the unsweetened tea urn and they were brewing new. Another 10 minutes pass and we got our teas. When we finally received our food, it wasn't our server running it, it was another server. I got a roast prime dip sandwich and my bread was hard and dry. Meat curled and over cooked on tips. Au jus, luke warm at best, fries the same. Husband's, fish and chips, the same and more batter than fish. Son, didn't even eat his burger. Cold, greasy, and not good. Granddaughter's pasta cold. I can remember going here and the food was great. It didn't matter what you got. The last two times have not been good. Our other son, recently ate here and had the same experience. It took way more time to get food than normal given it wasn't busy. I don't know that I can blame the kitchen, or if it was that our server wasn't capable of the multitasking element thats required to be a good server? Didn't see a manger or Front of House manager, come around for a table touch to check. The food had to have sat 15 minutes, sans, being kept under a heat light, to even have it make the appearance of being fresh. We won't go back. $100 wasted. Should have gone to a privately owned. We will next time. We are all about 2nd chances, but not going back, to see if 3rd times the charm.
