Very poor service from our server today we stopped in at 3pm and didn’t leave until 4:15 a guy sat us down and quickly asked for our drinks and that’s basically where the service stopped/we didn’t have silverware the whole entire time we were there, first refill didn’t come until 3:34 and that’s 30 mins after we received our food by the time we got those we were in need another one and the next one came at 3:55 by that time all food was ate,all of his other tables we’re experiencing the same type of service,then we we waited another 20 mins of not seeing him on the floor at all with all of his other tables looking around in disbelief like we were just for him to come back and say sorry I was attending to the people in the “party room” very disappointed in the service that was presented today.

When we came in it was multiple dirty tables in the front. A guy sat us down stating they have to look for menus but quickly asked us what we wanted to drink ( we still had no menus). We waited 10 minutes and still no menus. We were about to leave but he came with our drink order. The vibe was just wayyy off. We offered to pay for our drinks and leave but he didnt charge us. Idk if they were just short staffed or what but it was very unprofessional. This was the only bad experience at that bdubs.

I use to come in every single Saturday and if not Saturday then on Sunday. My normal server must have quit because she hasn't been here in 3 weekends now. If anyone knows where Taylor is serving at now let me know. I miss her always smiling friendly face. Today i got the worst service I've had here in months. I was extremely disappointed. Ill be going over to Plainfield next weekend.

We had a great waitress, but the kitchen was in disarray on a Sunday 2p: Appetizers were served by the expediter with no plates, frozen celery was presented without dried-brown ends trimmed (as were the non-frozen replacements), we had under filled slopped in sauce cups, no wipes accompanying wings, and an outside the kitchen bonus - a jammed restroom paper towel dispenser. Food flavor levels were what was expected for a “Wings” restaurant.

We tried to dine in. It was not busy. We first waited 7 mins before someone finally saw us and 3 more minutes until we got seated. We (family of 4) were seated at a small table, while 2 people parties were at booths. it took another 15 mins to take our orders and another 40 minutes before we received our food. Food was brought out to only be made wrong. They had run out of buns for their chicken sandwich, and tried to then bring me the sandwich on overtoasted bread. Service has a huge issue. I'll be taking my money elsewhere, thanks for making that an easy decision.

Jaila makes the atmosphere fun and is a properly attentive server. BWs was one of my first jobs many moons ago, and I know how chaotic other staff and customers can be but she was always smiling and always had us covered.
Literally the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in the area. Don’t waste your time coming here. They are always understaffed, rude, and super slow. It’ll be worth the extra time driving to any other location.

She walked past several times, while we waited to get checks. Eventually one of our group found her to get the checks. She came to give them quickly then disappeared again.
