Service is super slow, especially when going in to pick up food. Some of the workers are also passive aggressive. Waited almost 30 minutes for my family and I to be serviced while the family who got there after us was served first and was a bigger party. Recommend the location in Brownsburg instead.

Visited September 2025. Togo order was ready in time wings were good but order was not correct ordered ranch and carrots with my wings got 2 ranch cups instead. No explanation.

The menu was a little changed but not too much. I ordered the Nachos and their new appetizer spread. With boneless wings, onion rings and fried pickles. Everything was well done and crispy and fresh and the dipping was great spicy and tangy. For drinks we got the margarita and a bourbon and pineapple. They were served with a nice presentation and were nice a stiff.

My husband have been coming in almost every Sunday for like five years and have seen this location go way down with current Sunday manager. Today was the worst experience so far, and we ended up leaving. We always sit at the bar, but the bartender was the one working when we got there at 11:30 with several tables in the dining room. She did acknowledge us, and we were able to eventually order a drink. Meanwhile the manager was doing nothing to help. She came out of the office to fill her own water bottle but didn’t step in to help the overwhelmed bartender in the dining room. We saw three tables in the dining room and one person at the bar just leave after never getting waited on. This manager is terrible and does nothing but drive both customers and good staff members away. It used to be packed in Sunday’s and now it’s empty in the bar. Unless you get good management in, I don’t think this location will survive much longer. The bartender was really nice but was overwhelmed and had no help.

Too hot to even enjoy my food. Won’t be back until the air conditioning is fixed. Terrible way to run a business for customers and staff.
The fact that it is so hot in the building I lost my appetite is a huge problem. I know if we were uncomfortable the staff must be miserable. I honestly considered calling the HD because there is no way it is legal to work in conditions like that. Im sure the dining area was upwards to 85 degrees. I couldn't imagine the kitchens.

The food was good. The staff were very friendly. However, it was literally probably almost 90 degrees!! It's the middle of summer! That's truly insane. We ended up taking our food home as soon as we got it as it was just unbearable. The poor staff were literally sweating. That's so not fair to them or to the PAYING customers. We won't be back until it's fixed.

There's no way this building is up to code with how hot it is. If there's a salad bar in the back I'd bet money that food is over 45 degrees. Fix your AC, not only do customers hate this, but your workers look miserable.
