Came in here at 10:28 to pick up a to go order that was said to be ready at 10:30. Paid and placed the order online and sat in the restaurant not acknowledged . Lady comes to talk to me ask for my name and at 10:55 she comes to tell me that she doesn’t have my order in the system. I show her my receipt and email and she tells me there is nothing she can do and her kitchen is closed. What in the entire hell? If I pay for my food, show you my receipt why would you deny me service and then not offer to fix your mistake. Then they tell me my money will be back in my account in 1-2 days. I will be calling corporate in the morning. It seemed as though they may have cleared my order and instead of acknowledging the fail, they sent me away without food or my refund! Will NEVER visit here again.

Lots of clutter behind the bar, very disorganized. The employees were crowding at end of bar conversing and eating next to wife and I. Way to much desert heat seasoning on the wings and fries. Food was cooked good. The bar was cluttered and lots of things out of place and missing. They did not have a good selection of alcohol Bartender did not have very good knowledge of cocktails or shots.

Went there yesterday. It was an absolute horrible experience. THEY HAD NO HEAT,(1° outside) server said, for days. They had two servers, no bartender. The manager must have been hiding in the back all night bc we never saw them. We waited 30 minutes just to get drinks. And it was FREEZING. We couldn’t leave bc she took our drink and food order all at once. Someone in the higher-ups needs to absolutely be contacted, I’m just not sure who. This location’s service is poor(at best) on a good day; little-lone, zero heat. The manager/owner of this establishment needs fired and to never work in the restaurant business again. I was honestly thinking of reporting it to the BBB.

Went here with a party of 3 (no line to be seated) and the host was nowhere to be found for 15+ minutes. Once seated, we waited for a server for 15+ minutes AGAIN and not one of them came over and took our drink order or anything. with that being said, we ended up leaving with no service.
