This Burger King has gotten bad reviews in the past. I've had a bad experience in the past as well. With that being said, recently we went on Thursday early evening. The service and food were really good! I haven't had such a perfect whopper in a very long time. They are often so sloppily thrown together and messy but this time it was a picture perfect whopper đ
I'm thinking there may have been some changes in management.

1 star for the food cause we never even got it after at least a minimum of 20 minutes of waiting at the window. 1 star for the service because nobody knew what they were doing. The guy at the window seemed like it was his first shift, and if it was, why would you put the new guy on headset/window if youâre THAT busy? We didnât even get our DRINKS after 20 minutes. I had somewhere to be and now running 15 minutes late (left plenty of time early to get food by the way.) The lady that handed out the food gave us somebody elseâs order. After telling them it was the wrong order, there was no type of apology for ANYTHING. Not for the wait, and now not even for completely forgetting our order and giving us the wrong one? Finally, 1 star for the atmosphere because I can tell itâs a very stressful environment in there and the whole company needs to be better trained at their jobs in these situations.

Either your mic in the drive thru is busted, which it physically is, or your cashier is deaf. Very uncomfortable to have any minor misunderstanding when good is concerned, as no I'm not yelling please don't spit in my food.

I ordered a whopper and fries, and the fries were perfectly hot. The whopper was likely one of the best I've enjoyed in quite a while. Everything tasted fresh. To the staff that was working at 1:19 PM this Saturday great job!

The cashier who rung me up was very rude and unprofessional. She told me that I could talk when I had 10 kids like her. I told her that I donât want kids in the future and she said âYou better use it before someone uses it for you. Use what god gave you.â She was white, skinny, and had thin, metal glasses. She also had long reddish hair. I didnât see her wearing a name tag. Not very professional to make a rape joke to anyone, especially a customer. She also gave me a cup that was messed up to the point of the lid not fitting and I spilled a good amount of the drink on myself when I picked it up later. I didnât feel comfortable asking for a new cup due to that conversation. Iâve gone to this location for about five years but wonât be returning because I feel very uncomfortable from that employees comment.

It took 18 min to get my food from ordering until have to me in the drive thru. I ordered a single meal that came in a small bag, I observed the people in front of me all getting small bags as well so it did not appear they were inundated with massive orders. When I arrived at the window I saw an employee place my bag on the counter. The other employee took 2 minutes to open the window to take my payment. Then closed the window and took another 4 minutes before returning my card and finding my food. Everything was luke warm at this point. I will never return to this location.

The employees in the kitchen should be more aware that people in the dining room can hear them. It makes for a very unpleasant experience when they are continually loud. And also watch their language as children could be in the dining area.
