From the outside looking in King Rob (GM) and the crew here are making Burger King, arguably, much better than it deserves to be. Shout out to this location for typically providing me with about the best product they can serve up with pleasant service. This is not a glaze review for BK, just this location. BK overall needs to some changes to quality and menu items. From my standpoint, I just wanted to shout out the crew doing the best with what they have.

Paid $40 for 3 meals. 0/3 on correctness. First off, one of the large sodas was supposed to be marked as diet & is diet. I asked her (in first photo with long black hair & pale skin) 3 times which is diet and she wouldn’t answer me. I waited 10 minutes for an answer with the line behind me and she wouldn’t answer and ignored me. Honked and still wouldn’t answer. All 3 fries were the wrong size. Wrong sauces for the chicken fries. The double bacon cheeseburger was a tiny child size burger.

This place is a joke the guy taking our order couldn't becuase he was so high. Trying to ring us up he locked up the computer. Then had to wait on the manager. So took our cups to fill up they didn't have the right size lids. Go back up to the register, they are still trying to ring us up. Look at my husband and said we need to just go this place is a train wreck. So we walked out. We were pulling away and several customers behind us in line where walking out too.

I love this place they are always very nice and ready to take care of you I just think they need to really work on the fish sandwiches don't make you wait 20 mins for it and give you a burnt one. But I never have issues here with missing food or forgotten stuff so that makes up for one mistake that happens here and there.

Still one of my top favs in fast food. I tried the pickle fries upon a friends suggestion & was pleasantly surprised. Also I absolutely love the Hershey's sundae pie.
This place sucks. For months before posting this they don't have workers. I'm in the drive thru, order, then I'm stuck in line for 8 minutes before a single car moves. There has been multiple times I come here and there aren't workers.
Here's an idea, pay your workers a fair wage and fire your upper management at home office who thinks otherwise. The workers run your business and if you don't have workers you have a crappy business. Case in point I won't be returning to this location. Oh and look at this, this is pathetic.

I don't think anyone here speaks in english. I walked inside to the counter. There was 1 person I waited over 8 minutes. This one stupid person was talking to the chubby Latino lady. Trying to order a bunch of food and get some free on her app. So she was helping her place multiple orders.It did not know how to work the app hence the Stupidity , I got tired of waiting and walk Out all I wanted was a double cheeseburger. I went to the next burger.King down the street and service And the food was perfect. I would recommend not going to this burger.King and to the other one down the street.That's about twelve minutes away
