From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff members. The welcoming atmosphere continues as you are seated and wait staff are prepared, helpful and knowledgeable, we did not have to wait or flag down or waitress, she was attentive and prompt with drinks, food and menu suggestions. I would highly recommend Charbonos to anyone.

We always enjoy the quality of the food at Charbonos. Their filet medallions are SO delicious! My kids love the brownie a la mode dessert. My husband loves their burger as well. I do wish they still had the mushroom ravioli they used to have. Service is good for the most part. To enhance the experience, the servers should bring the bread and oil sooner than they typically do. All of that said, we will definitely continue dining there.

Had a 7pm reservation on Valentine's Day. Thought we would give it another shot. Everything was going fairly good compared to the last time we went. Appetizer and bread was good and then came our order. I ordered the 14 oz ribeye and my wife ordered the medallions. When I got my steak it definitely was not a ribeye. I ordered medium and the steak was dry, very well done and tough. I let the server know the issue and it was corrected. The new steak came out perfect but there was a catch. The potato was very tiny compared to the first and the new brussel sprouts didn't have any of the cream. The medallions my wife ordered well the first one was perfect and the other was horrific. Dry and disgusting. The last drink my wife ordered was a Expresso martini. Waited 20 and she got the virgin martini. It was just cream. I also have an issue when I take my wife out especially Valentine's Day that my food had to be fixed and we didn't even get to eat together. She finished hers before I even had my food. 211.00 later we once again got screwed over by charbonos. This place is a joke. If I pay 62.00 for a steak it better be right. Not to mention when they gave us our bill they tried to charge me twice for my meal. If you want sub par food that is overpriced this is the place to go!!! It's sad that this place keeps failing like it does. Do not go here if you want to have a great date night. This year will be our 25th anniversary and I'm trying to make every occasion the best and this was not a good start charbonos!!!!! Best of luck on your Future!! 😂 Oh and look at the photo and tell me if that was a 14 oz.

We had such a great experience here. Autumn was our waitress, thank you to her and the hostess so much for making our first time memorable. The food was amazing, the carrot cake should be #1 on the desert list and kudos to the bartender...We will most definitely be back‼️🤗

The food was good. The room was so cold that it was hard to enjoy it. When the manager came by after we were done and asked how was dinner, I told him it would have been good if it wasn't so cold. He blamed it on the metal in the ceiling and quickly walked away. This is the second time we have visited in winter and it was uncomfortable both times. One table in our area picked up their stuff and moved to another table on their own.

Charbono's is one of our favorite spots. The food is always good - in this case, everything from a burger to a prime rib. I love the truffle fries with aioli - except people keep stealing them from my plate! We all especially love (and alway save room for) the brownie sundae in the pecan brittle bowl - yum! Good, friendly service, and quiet enough for nice conversation with dinner.

Used to be our go to spot for food and cocktails. Last two visits we noticed a significant size reduction in their cocktail glasses. The glasses are so small now and there is no reflection in that as far as price goes. Small enough, in my opinion, that with ice a shot will nearly fill it up leaving no room for coke, sprite, etc. When my wife had her cocktail, it was not strong enough to have had a full shot in it with the coke. Really disappointed in this and it will certainly change how often we dine there.

Overall this is one of the best dinners we have had in a while. Food was outstanding as everything was perfectly cooked. Our waitress was perfect and the service was amazing on a very busy night. Only complaint is that is gets a little chilly when sitting in the section closest to the front door. Outstanding experience overall.
