We were celebrating our anniversary at Charbonos during the storms going through the state. We were the only customers. Everyone was keeping watch of any warnings. We lucked out and the storms blew over and we thoroughly our meal. We also earned more points for our VIP card.

My husband and I had our first date at Charbono's and we came back to celebrate our 15 year anniversary. We were greeted warmly and given a card signed by the staff (which I found to be endearing), and then were given two glasses of champagne to celebrate. The service was spectacular, the food was delicious and excellently prepared, and we had a wonderful evening! The only thing that could have made it better is if we had been lucky enough to have been seated in the booth we'd shared so many years ago.

We were greated and seated in a quiet area near the bar. Our server was quickly at our table, letting us know the specials and took our drink orders. Upon return we ordered appetizers. Our grandkids loved the fresh hot bread. Our food was fantastic. The birthday surprise for grandma was very nice.

Our service was awesome, starting with the hostess. Macy and Kyla were so helpful with recommendations because no one in our party had ever been there. Our food was great, I personally loved the medallions and the house salad.

Food was decent but a little overpriced. 185 dollars for a couple of steaks and some pasta is a little much. Bread was good. Risotto was tasty. My husbands steak lacked flavor

We arrived 50 minutes before closing, it felt like we were rushed through our entire meal.

Kids meals great value including sizable dessert. Loved the carbonara sauce. Pork chops, brussels, and mash 2x perfectly prepared.

I ordered a breaded tenderloin when it came out it was very small, barely covered the bun was not even warm. Very disappointed will not go back. Service was just average. Had to wait a long time.

It's always amazing. Service and food are always on point. There was a large group of women (about 18 of them) who were extremely loud and made the experience of being in the restaurant pretty awful. We love the food and service, so we will obviously be back, but it was difficult to enjoy anything with that much noise in the background
