I met with a couple who wanted to ask me in person to officiate their wedding. It was their desire to make the request special and Charbono's provided the perfect setting. They were out of sirloin steak? However, the Bourbon Street Pasta was phenomenal. I love spicy food, especially cajun. Charbono's has been a special place to our family for over 25 years. It was so nice to have an evening with our Middle daughter and her husband. The ambiance of Charbanos is always on point. I'm grateful for vegan food options as well. Everyone enjoyed their food very much.
Great food, great atmosphere. We went there on a slow week night. Had most of the restaurant to ourselves except for another large party doing the same. There was maybe 10 of us for a work dinner. The pizza was excellent, and the desserts were incredible. One of the gentlemen I was with ordered a slice of carrot cake, I swear he got a 5 lb piece. I will definitely eat there again.
