POOR, POOR, POOR, POOR! Drive-Thru at this location is always a 20 minute plus wait. Management is the OVERALL FAILURE, starting with Carrie followed by Shift Manager MarraBelle. While following CFA's drive thru directions, the line was cut and the customers that violated the directions were identified to team members and still allowed to maintain their position in line ahead of properly waiting customers. This has been a continued issue. I've had to advocate for my turn as a customer at this location in drive thru several times. In doing so I'm made out to be the villain. Carrie, failed to address the identified problem and only offered increased aggression in an already intense scenario. As a manager, I understand at this location why Marrabelle and lower staff are emboldened to treat customers poorly. Carrie is the very example of how to abuse your customer base!

My order has been wrong the last 3 times I've gone here. Usually I don't have any issues with chick fil a but I'm losing my patience with this one. First time, I ordered a spicy chicken filet with 2 hot sauce packets and 1 honey. They gave me grilled chicken with no sauce packets. Second time, I ordered same thing and didn't receive my sauce packets again. This last time I ordered the same thing including a kale crunch salad. No hot sauce packets again, and my kale wasn't dressed at all. It was dry with no flavor and I couldn't even add hot sauce to make it better. Please do better. It literally has everything you need to put in the bag on the receipt that's attached to the bag. I NEED MY HOT SAUCE!🤣
