So this is the first time ever I have to leave a somewhat negative review. Chick-fil-A is by far the best right? Today I ordered chicken egg and cheese muffin. As seen in the photo I had to peel off the egg. The label even says no egg. Step it up guys. I will be giving another shot but this type of error needs to be addressed promptly. That’s a McDonalds type of error.

The mobile lane is a disaster for the drive through! Not a well thought out idea. It wasn't that busy, but it was one of the longest waits I've had at this store! Reducing to one lane is a mistake!
Why's does the online take so long I always see 10 cars get there food before one person who orders online get there's that's the only frustrating part of it

My son ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were great, he took a couple of bites of the sandwich. He told me I could have it. He said it left an aftertaste, I took a couple of bites, same way. I don't know what was wrong with it. Threw the sandwich away.
Good staff, good food, accurate orders. I just wish they would use a sturdier bun that doesn't fall apart every time I try taking a bite. They did a good job keeping tables clean during peak lunch time.
