I ordered around 11ish at this location online and drive through. I got nuggets fries and mac n cheese. Me my 2 kids both have had diarrhea and been nauseous none stop for 5 hours. Something was definitely bad. I called tried to talk to manager they put me on hold and hug up. Then i called back and sent me to voicemail. Wow thats crazy. I dont enjoy this behavior and this isnt how you treat a customer.

Got burned by this location multiple times on Friday nights. Had to start going to the location further down Rockville. The sandwiches will be poor/small cuts or overcooked.

I tell ya, for a place that was packed inside and 2 lines wide and probably 10 deep each, they had our food out really fast. It was fresh and warm. Friendly employees.

Clean, fast service, lettuce was fresh and crisp, Daryl gave us better service than we get at sit down restaurants. A+ very impressed. And appreciate the kids play area in the winter months.

Good food. Just fell sandwiches pricey but nice treat on e in awhile. Had a long wait which I never have seen before but server at drive through very polite and even gave me a card for a single item and was very apologetic

Although we truly love this place I have to say their 30 pc. nuggets are not worth the $17. They were decent sized but not the quality that they are known for!! I will stick with our favorites.

Everybody was polite and respectful but my food was wrong and by the time I realized it, I was 15 minutes away.

3rd time in a row coming through drive thru mobile lane. All I order is a shake and it's supposed to be in order. Yet I can see my shake sitting at window and people taking meals out to cars behind me in mobile. Multiple orders being handed out while my shake just sits there. Awesome service

Not perfect, but solid. I can usually expect to get what I ordered and get through the line quickly. Giving up a drive thru lane for a mobile lane that forces customers to use their phone while driving was a dumb idea. (You have to use your camera and scan a QR sign) Crazy, I know.

I placed a mobile order for breakfast at Chick-fil-A, and even though it was the busiest Iāve ever seen it, the team handled everything amazingly! The staff stayed friendly, kept everyone informed, and still had smiles on their faces despite the rush. My order was ready quickly, everything was correct, and my food was hot and fresh. These team members did an amazing job this morning.

I always love the chicken their chicken breasts sandwiches are some of the best ever. Waffle fires are pretty good too as long as they're fresh mine were cold this time love their macaroni and cheese. Man I wish they could lower the prices just a little bit though Jamaican a little bit more affordable when I take my family afford there it's almost $80 I like it but it's hard to justify paying that amount of money for a chicken sandwich and fries at the end of the day regardless of how good it is. Just saying if you can afford it I would definitely recommend.
Not the service they are famous for!
Ordered for take out mobile. I got home and realized the order was wrong. No big deal it happens. However their response to it bothered me a lot. Itās very challenging to get a real person for customer support.
Once I did the girl on the phone was very rude, and basically implied it was my fault my order was wrong since I didnāt check before driving away from a 40 car line.
Worse than that they REFUSED to simply refund what I didnāt get. I didnāt ask for any compensation, coupons, bonus points nothing. Literally to just NOT PAY FOR FOOD I DIDNT GET. They would not do it. My options were to drive back to the store to come pick up the food or drive back to the store to show them my credit card to get a refund. Guess I will just use my gas and time and wear and tear on my car for a 30 minute drive for their mistake.
The only things they were willing to offer me is a credit on my account to get that food. Next time Iām there which expires in a month or to drive there.
They do delivery, but wouldnāt send anyone because the āorder was too smallā.
The girl claimed her two managers were standing next to her and weāre giving her instructions on what to say to me on the phone, but Iām 100% sure that was a lie because I could hear all of the background noise, including other orders being made wrong in the restaurant and did not hear her manager who was āright thereā
I ultimately threatened to dispute it with my credit card company because they would not refund and she told me she has never heard of that but she ādoesnāt think it will work because itās not the credit cards companyās fault itās oursā It was only the fifth time that I brought up what happened that she apologized to make the point that it was their fault not because she actually meant it.
Maybe the Gen Z kids they have working behind the counter have never heard of a credit card dispute but definitely the two managers who were allegedly next to her had.
Mistakes happen I donāt mind that. But the flat out refusal to refund food that they did not give to the customer lying about having managers there and being rude is completely not the right way to handle it.
Now I have a coupon thatās going to expire in a month store and never want to go again and no food.
Not the main point, but I had also ordered that side of mac & cheese to give to my puppies who didnāt get it!
Two stars instead of one because the half of my order I did get was pretty good. And because their Gen Z worker is going to learn what a credit card dispute is Which is beneficial to everyone
