My order has been wrong the last 3 times I've gone here. Usually I don't have any issues with chick fil a but I'm losing my patience with this one. First time, I ordered a spicy chicken filet with 2 hot sauce packets and 1 honey. They gave me grilled chicken with no sauce packets. Second time, I ordered same thing and didn't receive my sauce packets again. This last time I ordered the same thing including a kale crunch salad. No hot sauce packets again, and...
Pulled in drive thru, couldn't find my wallet when came time to pay, the young lady taking order offered to pay, but I eventually found it. Incredibly nice of her to offer, one of many reasons I love going there. It was order 504. She was awesome!!
So this is the first time ever I have to leave a somewhat negative review. Chick-fil-A is by far the best right? Today I ordered chicken egg and cheese muffin. As seen in the photo I had to peel off the egg. The label even says no egg. Step it up guys. I will be giving another shot but this type of error needs to be addressed promptly. That’s a McDonalds type of error.
