Avoid this location at all costs!! Let me start off by saying that I love Chipotle, and eat it at least once a week. This is my first and last time at this Chipotle location. My wife and I order the same thing every time, which is a triple meat bowl and a double meat bowl. However, the manager (an African American woman, I did not catch her name) at this chipotle insisted on charging us for a triple meat and a quadruple(??) meat bowl, even though that’s not what we ordered and has never happened before. I tried to calmly explain how the bowls should be rung up, but she was rude and not at all listening to logic. Extremely disrespectful manager who has no clue how to ring up a bowl, I bet they extort all the customers this way. I will not be returning.

What matters is the food. Luckily the food is good. Unfortunately the restaurant is held back by consistently slow service and the atmosphere is like everyone doesn’t want to be there. Granted they might not. They are also out of stuff everytime I go.
All that said I will not be going back to this location when there is another one in Plainfield that has the opposite of these problems.

Went in 2hrs before close. They were out of the new Chipotle honey chicken. I went w the regular chicken and they didn't have enough for a full serving. I was going to get queso, but had an old film over it. They were out of chips, and the fresca drink machine wasn't working. Took my food to go because the lobby was dirty. I'll probably just hit up a different location or go to qdoba in the future.

How on earth is this acceptable to charge $12 for. These portions keep getting worse and worse. Never really have had a good experience at this location either. Run to a different one!

We walked in and the worker blurted out “order online only.” Which we didn’t understand what she was saying at first so she repeated the same thing loudly a few times.
She was kind of rude but we figured it was fine, no biggie, we went and ordered on the app. When they were done with the food we got it and brought it to the table.
IYKYK the brisket is mega expensive. They put like, idk a tablespoon worth of it in my bowl. No joke. When we brought it up front to show them, and said it just was not passable as a portion, they gave us ANOTHER tablespoon of it in a sample cup?!? I’m sorry but that’s unacceptable and literally crazy.
Also, I asked for a vinaigrette, and the woman told me they were out. I looked behind her in the fridge where they are kept and asked if those are vinaigrettes. She looked around them and muttered to herself and tried to avoid giving me one for some reason. I finally asked again if i could please just have one and finally handed one over to me.
No idea what happened to chipotle. Food still tastes good and ingredients are still great, but the service and value has tanked here and many other locations too.

If you are looking to dine at the dirtiest chipotle this side of the Mississippi you have found your place. Possibly the only thing dirtier than the dining area was the back area with its visible piles of garbage. If it had been busy it would be more understandable but when half the employees are on their phones at the register it’s seems a bit much.
Great food and service! The brisket is really good, actually.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle.
There was only 2 customers ahead of us when we arrived and there were 4 employees visible in the back. After a few minutes 2 staff members came up front to start helping. A third was helping to stock the cold and hot plate.
One person was making the food and appeared to be struggling. He was very slow. He was doing the best he could with no help.
The line was to the door. By the time I got to the front and looked back to see several customers had left.
The customer service chat was horrible.
I am not trying to be a Karen, but the manager failed at his job of making sure customers were satisfied.
Side note, my order of chips was less than 1/4 full.
I am not leaving this review to get a free or complimentary anything. I am leaving this review because of lack of satisfaction and no help when I tried to get assistance from customer service.
