Had my son's 6th birthday party here. He had a blast and loves Chuckee. It was around 150 for 5 kids to play unlimited games for 2 hours, free drinks for adults and 2 pizzas and the ticket blaster experience. We had fun and Chuckee came out and danced with my birthday boy and posed for pictures for us.

We had a birthday party at this location. There was a lot of confusion of what was included in our package. Our party host was not attentive at all and when he was needed he was no where in sight. The trampoline socks are $8 each so I recommend to bring your own non skid socks. My son was able to get out of the doors by himself without anyone stopping or checking his stamp. Our entire party left the same way. No one checked our stamps even though there was someone standing at the register. The ticket counter was long, which was to be expected for a Sunday afternoon...but the employees were not kid friendly. I've had parties before at this location and I guess I just expected a better experience. I went in with high expectations and left disappointed.

I come here all the time. They got these kids running the ticket redeem section which is fine but if you see I’m standing there waiting for you to get done with a customer and somebody instantly walks up you take them, that’s inconsiderate. It’s giving unorganized and not properly trained. I said something to the girl and she completely ignored me even though we made eye contact the entire time I said I guess I wasn’t standing there. Then the other guy back there with her took somebody else even though I was STILL standing there waiting then after he finished he walked away. I never have a problem with the weekday staff but these new employees are just rude. I highly don’t recommend coming during the weekend. Everybody is rude from the employees to the customers.

not many games for kids, we were not told we had to buy socks to play the jump game, they charged an extra $20 for the jump game and wanted to charge more for socks and we paid extra for the other games. what a bad experience for the kids.
We bring our granddaughter here when we come to town. She likes playing games and getting prizes.

Police had to come to Chuck E Cheese due to a fight next to our table. Ruined my son's 6th Birthday party.
Had my son's birthday party here a couple weeks ago. Most of the staff are great, but there was one gal who told me I could not have any of our family as party guests after we had already made the 28.99 per kid party package, after another employee had told usbit was okay to have family come. Which was a shock, because why would I pay 230 dollars for a birthday party, if our family couldn't come and join for cake and presents? She was so rude, and was very off putting. Our party host was such an amazing girl though, and advised I was misled and it was still okay for our family to come.
Here comes the worst part. There was a fight at a table next to ours. A woman punched a mother and her 1 year old baby, and it erupted a huge fight next to our table AS WE WERE SINGING HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Parents of my son's friends covered their kids eyes, rushed their kids out of the building, it was a total disaster.
And the cherry on the sundae. My husband asked the same gal I mentioned before to call the police. She said she would. I had no idea my husband spoke to her, so I too ran up shortly after begging for police to be called, and she told me my husband had called 911. Chuck E Cheese made ZERO EFFORT TO CONTACT AUTHORITIES. OUR CHILDREN PLAY HERE. CHILDREN'S SAFETY WAS NOT RESPECTED OR EVEN THOUHT OF. STAFF STOOD AND WATCHED IT HAPPEN DOING NOTHING.
No refund, no discount, nothing that made up what the took away, my son's birthday! Biggest waste of money, horrible atmosphere aside from the few party hosts who really do try to make it special for kids. NEVER AGAIN, will I bring my kids to a place that has zero regard for child safety. Shame on you Chuck E Cheese as a company, for not having better standards for your location's employees, cleanliness, and regard for children safety. It is all about the money for them.

They were awesome here! We purchased a package in Northern indiana and luckily I kept my receipt because it didnt finalize in the system so this location reached out to their supervisors to have it fixed and sorted out! I also as a mom thought it was great to always see someone on the floor cleaning up!

It’s hard to go wrong with Chuck E. Cheese. The food here is top notch compared to other locations I’ve been to. Staff is friendly and very helpful to the kids.

I'm giving a low star rate because person that checked us in was so rude didn't greet us, was rude while I was letting him know how many hours I wanted to purchase on the play card ... when we left there was no one checking our hands and other people leaving as if the cashier's were careless. I wanted to have my daughters birthday party here but after the experience I got today I'm not even certain that I want to.
