They were awesome here! We purchased a package in Northern indiana and luckily I kept my receipt because it didnt finalize in the system so this location reached out to their supervisors to have it fixed and sorted out! I also as a mom thought it was great to always see someone on the floor cleaning up!

It’s hard to go wrong with Chuck E. Cheese. The food here is top notch compared to other locations I’ve been to. Staff is friendly and very helpful to the kids.

I'm giving a low star rate because person that checked us in was so rude didn't greet us, was rude while I was letting him know how many hours I wanted to purchase on the play card ... when we left there was no one checking our hands and other people leaving as if the cashier's were careless. I wanted to have my daughters birthday party here but after the experience I got today I'm not even certain that I want to.

I hate to say it but...Chuck E Cheese has lost most of its magic. We recently went from my daughter's birthday and I almost cried. Chucky's now on Ozempic and has lost about 200 lb. They no longer make their own pizza but instead have frozen pizza crust that tastes like cardboard. No more animatronics or even Chucky walking around for the kids. So disappointed. The salad bar was still pretty good though...except for the dressing, it was pretty bad. But the worst part is the cost.. you need to take a second mortgage just to have a birthday party.

Best Chuck E Cheese around.... I've heard of nightmare stories from Greenwood location. Tasty pizza, clean facility and professional staff. Our hostess was very helpful and ensured all had a great time. All equipment worked and the event was everything it should be. Would definitely go here again. Not all Chuck E Cheese locations are the same...check the reviews and commute if necessary!
This is the best Chuck E Cheese I've been to in Indianapolis. Service was pretty good, pizza came out in a timely manner, and all of rhe rides were functional.
