My kids don't like it here, they'd rather go to Dave & Buster's. By no means is this a bad review, I just think it's mid. My 12 & 13 year olds wouldn't give this high of a rating. My 3 year old niece enjoyed herself and that's what counts...?

I really enjoyed myself I could see the children was having a ball including my grandbaby they had two birthday parties going on which caused the food to be late to the rest of the people who was just there to have fun with they family but overall It was nice environment the miss sure to try to keep the the areas clean and wipe downKid-friendliness: Well it's chuck e. cheese but my grandbaby had so muchWheelchair accessibility: Yes it was very wheelchair accessible

Hosted a birthday party here on November 4th. Our party host was fantastic! Overall the entire experience was great. The only negative experience was at the end attempting to trade in tickets. It was not a timely process. Also they do not let you see your ticket balance. I should have counted before we went up but it felt like we were not given the right amount of tickets. I would love to see a method that offers better transparency on this, as it's very disappointing to kids who are trying to keep track and then feel cheated at the end of the day. I do love the new card system as I remember the days of physical tokens and tickets. Also the pizza was really good and definitely has improved over the years.

The Rat's Kid Casino never fails to disappoint! Games are reasonably priced, pizza is delicious, and they got rid of the terrifying animatronics. A win all around!
