I got a strawberry kiwi, misty, freeze and enjoyed it. I haven’t had one in forever.
Always out of stuff. Long wait at the walk up window.
Poor service. I waited in line for over 5 minutes at 9PM on a Saturday night when the posted business hours state this location closes at 10:30 PM to be told they were closed. They turned away about 7 vehicles wasting our time. I’d just stay away from this location in general. Culvers was happy to take my money and is right across the street!
So sad this place has went down hill it used to be so good been getting my Cakes for years there ruined son’s birthday party. When calling they offered to remake but it was his birthday party so what’s the point won’t be going back for cakes!!!!!
I ordered a cake to be picked up on Sunday. They said they would be open at 10:30am. Their website also states they open at 10:30am. I showed up at 10:30am and waited for 20 minutes. No one ever showed up to open the store. I could literally see my cake through the windows. I called an hour later, since I live a little way away and didn't want to drive all the way back and no one be there, but no one answered the phone. Very disappointed!
DQ-Treats: My response to your request for contact: No, I'm not going to waste my time on your form, I'll post it here for others to see because the last 10 months at the very least of your reviews are in direct alignment with mine, and I had not even read those others when I made mine.
Your business is in danger, you need to fix it. Your request in asking for feedback over and over is wholly unnecessary because it's obvious it's not helping you fix your problems.
You need a manager in that store who can do the hardest part of that business, finding people who care just a little.
I got the impression something shady was going on in the back room when I arrived leads me to believe the problem with all these bad reviews is only the symptom of bad business practices or management. No reason to produce a product this low of quality, have that low of service levels. I would bet if you had a health inspection you would be shut down for at least two days.
Your dismal quality is likely harming the whole Dairy Queen franchise.
Right now your overall review is only being elevated by reviews from several years ago, and I'd wager it was a different owner, a different manager and the only part of this, perhaps not directly your fault, a different work culture post COVID, and it sucks entry level jobs cant find people who care just a little, on that I don't know how to help you, other than maybe if you can't hire people to do it, the owner needs to do it themselves or close the business and focus on what they want to do. Clearly passive income from Ice Cream is failing for them. I just won't be back to that location, even more so after reading the consistently negative reviews with similar problems that I had.

I'll make this fast- Go elsewhere, if you care why keep reading.
I ordered a birthday cake with pickup time the next day at 5:00pm, I arrive, its raining pull up to the drive thru...No one is in the building.
I back up, and check the speaker again, no one answers. I see a car blocking the other drive thru with two people in it just sitting their...
So I park, walk up to the building in the rain, buzz the window.
3-4 people flow out of the back, from a room that looks like it might hold 3 people with nothing in it.
I give my name, tell them Im here to pick up a cake. The young gives me a cake, I look the colors are wrong, a closer look it has some else name on it... I point out its not my cake.
They fumble around, trying to find the cake...I get it, walk back to my car in the rain with my cake. But that's not the end of it, the picture is the inside of the cake.
It has a core, a hard crusty crumbly core. It might be good if it was spread out in the cake as a layer, but as a ball in the center of cake crumb....this was hands down the worst Birthday cake I've ever had, from pickup to trash bag (because it was terrible) ..I don't want my money back, you just need to avoid this place. The piping and decoration of the cake looks like it was done by an epileptic orangutan.
Overpriced and quantity low compared to others where price is lower and quantity is higher.
Very dirty establishment. Very long over do for a makeover.

We went there last night with a big order. The service was great and they did a great job getting my order together. They even offered a silly bar to leave a review on receipt. Dilly bar was great. Sophia was very helpful

The last three times I have went there and ordered blizzards for my family they have put basically no topping in it it’s just vanilla ice cream I ordered a large cookie dough blizzard and only got three pieces it was just ice cream.
I got a chili dog. The hot dog was cold. Not room temperature. COLD! It was fresh from the refrigerator and not even microwaved. The chili was tepid and dried-out. The bun was fresh. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because the Brownie Oreo Treat was really good! But I came there for the chili dog. The treat was an afterthought.
Wheelchair accessibility: The store is drive-thru or walk-up only. There is a ramp, so you can roll up to the window and order. There are two seating areas comprised of metal picnic tables.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering a $7.07 medium blizzard that wasn't to the rim of the cup (for my neighbor's son). I would have went out of my way to go to Cold Stone Creamery for quality ice cream vs overpriced ice milk. It is no wonder there is little business at this location. Last visit, a manager was heard yelling at the employess "Corporate was coming and this needs to be cleaned". Not good business and can't keep employees. Wake up franchise owner!

Been to this location a handful of times with a variety of experiences. Mostly just been annoying as it’s about 50/50 if they will have the item that you want. Specifically they always seem to be out of chocolate or the machine is broken for chocolate ice cream. This is what happened tonight so we ordered something else (should have just gone elsewhere). The vanilla ice cream that we got with our order tasted off. Not sure if it was too much vanilla or ice cream had gone bad or machines not cleaned, but it was honestly inedible. Spent over $15 and just threw it out as it wasn’t worth possible risk of continuing to consume. Will not come here again.
