Unfortunately, I can only give one star, but if it were possible, I'd give zero. This Dairy Queen location has taken a nosedive under new management. Despite being loyal customers for years, we've witnessed a drastic decline in quality and service. Suddenly, they refuse to make anything outside of their limited menu, displaying a complete lack of care or flexibility. Seriously, how difficult is it to put ice cream in root beer for a float? We won't be returning to this location, but kudos to Danny's Mexican Ice Cream across the street for stepping up. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere. I have no interest in reaching out to management once they read this review and respond with their sorry excuse – they should clean up their act before trying to clean up anything else. Two scoops of disappointment make for double the regret. Avoid this place like the plague.

Very poor service or lack there of. My 3 kids wanted to buy themselves ice cream. They wasn’t taking walk ups and they wouldn’t take my order in the drive through and told me to drive around 3 times and was very rude about it.

We pulled into the drive thru at 9:30, and while we were sitting there trying to order they shut off the lights on us. Closing time was posted as 10:30pm.

I think the managers are dumb as the night. They are never able to predict that it will be a warm day and people will flock to get ice scream. It feels like they never watch the weather and they are always short staffed.They are not even capable of putting a sign to say Drive thru only....

Refusing service at the window forcing ppl to wait 20 min in line to tell them you aren’t doing dip cones when I could clearly hear the guy in front get 2. Not only will I never be back, I will not stop until something is fixed.

Been coming to this place for years with no issues. Went today to get my usual blizzard, Cookie dough with caramel sauce instead of chocolate sauce. The lady says we can't do that. I say, we've been getting that blizzard every other month for 3 years, what's changed? Very rudely she says, "I took over this establishment 2 1/2 months ago and I follow the rules" with an attitude of a teenager who doesn't get their way. Based off the fact every review dating back two months is a one star review, I'd say I understand why this place is going down hill. Decided to leave and go to Culver's and 10/10 would reccomend going across the street and getting better service, better blizzards and you can completely customize your order. Thank you for being rude today so we could find our new favorite place! 0/10 reccomend this establishment and will not be back!

They close whenever they feel like it. Showed up at 5:30 PM and they inexplicably decided they “weren’t taking orders” and mentioned to the car in front of us that their lights were off… with at least 3 employees that we could see in the store. Not the first time they’ve decided they were done in the middle of the day.
According to Google, the location closes at 10. I arrive at the drive thru speaker at 7:40. I noticed the line wasn’t moving much and some of the lights were out (but there were several cars ahead of me). Assuming they were short-staffed, I turned on a podcast to patiently wait. Fifteen minutes later, a not-so-nice voice said “if you hadn’t noticed we are about to close.” Disappointed in the rudeness and lack of clarity with the operating hours.

Well you won’t be able to see the menu because they have never replaced the lights in it and there’s no other light to help you see. When you pull up, no one will answer you; you’ll have to say “hello? Hello???” A few times. Just stay patient. Then, once they do finally answer you, with their open sign on might I add, they will let you know they RAN OUT OF ICE CREAM just minutes before you get there. What kind of DQ doesn’t have ice cream???? New management needs to be in order.
