Ordered tonight online and left special Instructions. Instead of leaving those instruction to chance we called to make sure the pizza would be correct. After the pie was delivered over an hour late I opened the box to learn the pizza was still wrong. Called them with no answer. Called the number online who calls them with no answer and then hangs up on us. Worthless
My niece parked at Donatos and walked over to another restaurant, while at the other restaurant , they had her car towed away , first time the family had a meal out since her father got killed last month .
She was going to order a couple of pizzas for the dorm , as she's a collage student .
Donatos should be ashamed of this .
I live close to this store , but we will never eat there again .
