I go to this location quite often because I'm a fairly loyal to Dunkin Donuts. I don't know, everyone's always nice here, and wherever I have my bar set for Dunkin Donuts' coffee and food, they certainly meet my expectations so there's that. Again. I just left and the ladies there are really nice, so you know, have a five-star review.
The workers there continually not give me what I ask for and dont give me the proper amount of doughnuts I purchased. If your gonna eat here make sure your order is accurate

Young lady at drive through was extremely rude. absolutely no customer services skills. Messed up the order which is okay but was rude to us after the fact.
I ordered with uber eats and I only got 3 items out of my 5 item order and the bag was sealed! the presentation of the food was just sad soggy and sloppy they didnât even try lazy if you donât want to do your job correctly find another one. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would I wonât order from this Dunkin again.

I asked for a simple Carmel espresso with cream and drizzle , the lady looks at me and says so you want black coffee , I do not have time for stupid , and as momma was always right , you cannot fix stupid , walked out , and kept moving forward , a pass for sure America .

I placed a pickup order here at 5:50 in the morning. Got there at 6am with no one in the drive thru so I pulled up and told them I was there to pickup. They told me I had to come in, I said you canât just hand it though the window? They said no you have to come in. I come in and my order isnât ready still then the dude takes 10 minutes to bag my order even though I said he can just hand it to me bc I was in a hurry and didnât want him to waste the huge bag. He decided to then bag it as slowly as possible. I placed it for pickup bc I have an hour drive to work. I shouldnât still have to wait when itâs this early in the morning and theyâre not busy at all. I got to other locations all the time and theyâre always hand me the pickup through the window. This location just loves to make things difficult
