workers in the morning today had the ugliest attitude, the drink is absolutely terrible i got matcha it’s not even mixed it at all, and the cup it 90% ice which is what i’m used too, but i cant stand paying $8 for a drink that’s terrible , not to mention the worst customer service

i usually go to brownsburg cause it’s closer but when i’m in avon i go to this one and every time im here they mess something up or it just tastes awful. my sandwich wasn’t cooked my drink was missing things and the service was disappointing. from now on im making the drive back across town to brownsburg location cause they’re always good

Went this morning to get a coffee. The lady at the drive through was very rude and they didn’t listen at all when I told them what coffee I wanted. Waited forever for a horrible tasting coffee. Lebanons is way better and I will not be visiting this location again.

Ordered online 5 minutes ahead of pick up. A whole sandwich was forgotten. The hash browns tasted like someone’s grandmother pulled them out from between her toes and were not even close to cooked. THEN the one sandwich they didn’t forget, they butchered. It was just a normal menu item no additives or subtractions and they put all the wrong stuff on and it was cold. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Go to starbucks right next door until this place gets under new management/ownership.

Went through the drive thru and my coffee was terrible so I asked them to remake it and then they made the coffee with a completely different flavor. The bagel I got was terrible as well. Not cooked at all. They seemed clueless in there.
We went through the drive through at Duncan Doughnuts in Avon. We specifically told them our order, but they were so busy talking over us, rushing us to order and not listening they didn't complete our order. When they gave us our coffee one of the lids came off of our coffee and spilled not only all over the car but all over my husband's hand and burned his hand. They had such an attitude that I don't really want to come back. And then when my husband inquired about the other piece of our order they claimed that we didn't tell them with a smile on their face. It isn't even like they were busy. They used to carry gluten free brownies. They don't even have that anymore. We won't be going back.

do not recommend this place at all! Very horrible customer service and rude workers. I came to my interview at 11:00 am & I told the front counter I was here for an interview she told me ok & to give her 5 minutes. I waited 25-30 mins just to get ignored and not have an interview not only that but I waisted gas. I’m very disappointed. I also reached out to the higher boss and they Ignored I see why you guys are hiring now. Smh.

All I wanted was an iced coffee. After I paid, the drive thru workers argued with me that I ordered it hot. Two separate women argued with me. It wasn’t a complicated drink, an iced coffee that didn’t even have cream or sugar. I ended up driving away without a coffee even though I paid. I recommend going to the Starbucks across the street, they’re really nice there.

Went to their Dunkin to get a dozen of donuts ask for the mixed and they gave me a chocolate. Then I asked them to fix it and they gave me two glazed donuts and that was it. Then they forgot my Coolatta. Then they had the nerve to have an attitude with me like it was my mistake when it was their mistake.
