I’ve seen several recent negative reviews and wanted to share my positive experience. I ordered ahead on the app for in store pickup and the order was ready right on time. I was picking up 3 coffees plus some food, and since it was just me, I asked for a drink carrier. Not only did the nice associate get me a carrier, he loaded the drinks up for me! I didn’t catch his name, but wow, what great service! The coffees and food were all very good and we are grateful for the attention...

Food has gotten better, bacon is actually crispy and not oily and droopy anymore. Now if they can get control of the attitude it’d be better. The dark haired woman, idk if she Indian, I hate to assume, sorry but to try and specify her more, she has a terrible attitude, keep her off the mic and away from the window!

The girl in the drive thru sucks. She doesn't smile or even talk not friendly at all. She's always got a mean look on her face. She needs to be making the food not greeting customers.
