Last week I was here for 7 hrs and 3hrs in the dock getting loaded! In 31 years one of the worst places ever! This week been here so far for 6hrs and so far 1 1/2 hrs in the dock! They are constantly on break this will be the last time this place is bullshit.

Arrive at 8:am , got a door at 8:30am ,actually they are nice, a guy by the name James who moves trailers from docks helped me , he made My day, a very nice gentleman, thank you mr James, looks like they have 3 to 4 spots for overnight, not sure if allowed, overall experience was 👍

Come pre cooled close to your appointment time it took them about 3 hours to get loaded from appointment time.

Picked up here quite a few times. Always a drag. Maybe 3 spots to park. Tight docks. I think theres like 5. Takes FOREVER to get loaded. After 3 hours past my appt I went in to ask if there was a prob. About 8 workers in there eating. Went in again after 4 hours. Workers in there eating. No trucks have moved. Its like this everytime. Hopefully dont have to come back.

Shipping office opens at 6am and is located by dock 8 in the corner of the building. Walk in under the lean-to and push green button by the door and wait for the door to unlock. Walk straight through both doors and check in at window. Trailer must be precooled prior to arrival or will be delayed on getting loaded. They will call with door number. Slide axles back and open doors and back into dock and nap for 2-2 1/2 hours. They will call again to go back in office to sign paperwork then pull out of dock and close up trailer and they will come out to seal the trailer and hand over paperwork. Adjust axles and be on your way. Not that difficult. Yes sometimes there is a wait for a dock(especially if you are late), yes loading is a little slow but patience is key, you give them attitude they will make you sit and wait so be patient or be forced to have patience your choice

No one has come to this place to pick up load. They take a lot of time. It's been seven hours.
Had a PU here, truck arrived 30 min past the noon appointment, There was an accident on the way and proof was provided. They considered the truck late and didn't load him till the next morning. When asked, they specifically said that the driver was late and that was the reason for loading him late. Does being 30 min late justify taking 20 hours to load the truck? I'll leave the answer to you. Plan your PUs at this facility accordingly.

I come here at 2.30 pm for 4.30pm appointment , at 6.30pm they give me a door and now is 9.15 pm and still not loaded, very slow working 😡

Be ready to spend 8+ hours here, 4 hours before you finally get a door then you’ll spend another 4+ to get loaded. This place deserves 0 star. Horrible 👎👎👎
